I had a really disappointing experience because I found a bug in my food. It totally ruined my appetite and made me worry about how clean things are. I get that mistakes can occur, but keeping food safe should always be super important. I really hope the restaurant works on their quality control so this doesn’t happen again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the newly opened Verde Salad Co. on Eastlake and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The restaurant was packed, which speaks volumes about how popular it is. Despite the full house, the staff was on point — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. A huge shout-out to the manager, who kept everything organized and ensured that every customer had a great experience, even with the high demand. It’s clear that the team is well-trained, and do their best to get it right. The food was fresh, flavor-filled and fantastic. So many menu choices and options the possibilities of salad combinations and wraps are endless. The tortilla soup was delish and hearty. I sipped down a Berry Hibiscus drink. Definitely have to go back and try the other options. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Verde Salad Co. — great healthy food, excellent service, and a welcoming vibe. 10/10!

Every time I come to this Verde location, it’s a minimum 15-20 minute wait. Seems like they are understaffed. Overall, salads are good, but be prepared to wait a while. Also, it was not packed for them to have taken that long. Maybe hire some more people? This was on a Saturday.

This is a great place for a salad. My first time here and staff was very helpful in guiding me through the menu. I got the farm house salad with kale instead of spring mix and it’s so delicious. I also tried the cucumber lemonade-really good. At first there servings look to little but once you start eating it’s enough and fulfilling.

Terrible service, both times I went I had to basically beg them for the pita chips that were supposed to be include in the Mexican Cesar. Now I avoid the anxiety of fighting for something I paid for by make my own salads at home.
