The Morrilton, Ar. Location. We will not go back. We were the only people there, just 4 of us after May graduation. The was out of several things. The waitress was having a time trying to just take our order. The staff was arguing about how to make a hot sandwich. The bathroom was gross. And we had lots of flys bothering us. The table was not clean, and we had no napkins.

We were the only customers in during our visit so the employees took turns taking breaks while we were there (good for them, much deserved) and still managed to provide exceptional service. They were very pleasant and the food was good. The look of the restaurant was outdated and a little “dusty”. It could definitely handle a deep cleaning but overall it was a good experience and we will return!

I’ve had good experiences with this pizza hut but lately it just seems to have gone downhill. They put way too much cheese on my past 2 orders and the last pizza I ordered they forgot a topping on it. Not sure what’s happened with the pizza hut here or if it’s just the time of day I’ve gotten it but it’s very disappointing.

We live in Conway, but this is where we will go from now on to get our Pizza Hut fix. They actually have a dining room, which means you can eat your pizza fresh and hot. But also, the service is good, employees are friendly, and the product is much better. I had actually written off decent Pizza Hut as a bygone thing, but now we know location is key. We will be repeat customers.

Friday pizza night usually brings us here, and our pizza orders are always correct and delicious. The staff are overworked, but remain smiling, polite, and helpful. I know some other folks have had bad experiences here, but I am continuously impressed with the service and how they are ALWAYS trying their hardest. We ordered pizza to take to our family, from the Morrilton location, today. Food was fresh and wonderful! The best part was the manager Angel! Her name fits her perfectly. Just a genuine, caring person. She was super busy, wearing many hats today but handled it with a smile. We had a great conversation with her. I sure hope her employers treat her well, financially, mentally and bless her with what she deserves. The owners need to revamp this location. So much potential here and when you’ve got someone who cares about her work and the customers, they need to take pride in their facility.

Went in for the New York Style Pizza with a newly reopened Dining Room. Ordered it in the dining room for $15 and a two dollar tip. Sat down to wait and started looking around. Dining room was less than pleasing, floor needed vacuuming, tables were mostly empty with random napkins thrown, one table had a shaker of pepper and another table had a messy holder of parmesan cheese in packages. And no music no nothing. Employees table was just on the inside of the entry door piled with stuff. Waited about 15 mins and t6je Pizza was brought out and boy was I hungry and so looking for that succulent chewy dough with over the top cheese and pepperoni to be folded over and poured into my mouth. I got 16″ of over cooked cardboard pepperoni pizza cut into oversize pieces. UGH. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
