Nice selection of lunch specials. Miranda, our waitress was very friendly and professional. Our entrées were hot and delicious. I highly recommend ordering a dish of garlic and oil which to dip the warm bread. The background music was very pleasant and allowed for easy table conversation.

We visited on a Wednesday evening for dinner, our first visit since they opened. We will be back! I messaged them on Google ahead of time to find out if I could bring my own wine; they assured me that was fine, that the could uncork and that they have glasses. We each ordered a side salad. I appreciate that the salad was fresh and served on a chilled plate! We decided to split the Tour of Italy so we could try a few different things. We enjoyed them all! The bread is also nice. Very garlicky and soft. We split a cannoli for dessert…a perfect date night dinner! We will go back and try some more dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised. The waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating, but they were very busy as well. It is a large open space with lots of tables and some booths. I would not call the space intimate, but the fare they offer was pretty standard for Italian restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed Venecia’s. The food was really good and the prices were pretty typical for similar cuisine (Italian fine-dining). What we enjoyed the most though was the fantastic service. Our waitress was very attentive. Even when she had another larger party to attend to, she checked on us and had another team member help as well. Very good place to go to!

I’m so glad this place opened up here, it is a lovely addition to the town. Wonderful food, excellent and friendly customer service, and a very nice dining area. All with fair pricing. This is definitely the place to go in Kilgore for Italian food. There’s also an excellent selection of desserts.

My pizza was delicious. But we waited 15 minutes at the door before anyone acknowledged us. We sat for another 20 minutes before a waitress came by to take our drink order. They brought the wrong meal to meal to someone in my party(there were only 3) and 30 minutes later her food came out, after we had finished our food. And we had to ask twice for a to go box. I know waiting tables is hard, and I appreciate the work they do. I’ve never been ugly to any waitstaff but the service was pretty bad. The waitress also said, “well God made it taste bad cause you should have kept the first plate” (the wrong order). I am willing to give them another chance, maybe they were having an off day.???

Scrumptious meal, fantastic service, and a tasteful, relaxing atmosphere. An absolute gem. Caprese salad, chicken picatta, and lemoncello cake will challenge the best to be found anywhere. Service was professional and offered insightful menu tips along with great knowledge of the dishes themselves.
