Everything we ordered was delicious! We had no wait time to order, took hardly anytime to get our food, prices were decent, and the staff was phenomenal! We had never eaten here and was unsure about the menu items. The cashier was very helpful and spot on with her recommendations. My son has allot of food allergies and if they didn’t immediately have an answer for our questions, they wasted no time in figuring it out and letting us know. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We ordered online for pick up. Restaurant didn’t appear to be very clean, once we got home I found mold ALL over my tiramisu. Restaurant was closed before I could ask for a refund so we trashed the food.

This is the best pizza in Melissa… hands down. I have eaten at several Palio’s locations around DFW. This has a very similar feel on the inside as others, but newer.

I ordered the large half BBQ chicken and half Meat. Sorry for the guy who didn’t get his sauce, because what I had was very good. The BBQ sauce is sweet with a little kick. The cook time was spot on. The toppings were fresh.

My wife had the gluten free crust half BBQ chicken and half Hawaiian. This is by far the best tasting pizza GF crust we have found in Melissa. Cadillac Pizza has probably the best GF crust in the area, but it’s twice as much. The GF pizza picture is the one with the pineapple on it.

My pictures don’t do it justice. I had already eaten almost half my pizza before I remembered to take a photo. Don’t waste your money on the main chain pizza joints like PJ, Dominoes, Papa Murphy, etc. This is worth it.

There isn’t a pizza on their menu that isn’t top notch.

My only gripe was the staff was less than stellar. It wasn’t bad or negative… just kinda apathetic and not there to give the customer a good experience. They could have bussed a table or two, greeted the customers, been present, or even smiled.

But, service aside… they made a great pizza and looking forward to eating there again… even if I have to pump some life into the staff myself. 🙂

At this moment, I am unimpressed. I purchased a large pizza to go, all meat, two cheese and thin crust. But, it was a little over cooked and there was NO sauce! Who has pizza with mom sauce? So, it was dry and somewhat tasteless. Looking at the menu, sure enough, no sauce is part of the pizza. I didn’t realize pizza could come with no sauce. Nonetheless, I want to try something else from this place so I can get them a better review.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta. It was horrible. I’ve never had bad Alfredo pasta before. I tasted the pasta and it tasted spoiled. This was a to go order. The price isnt worth the size of they gave me. The pasta came with cheesy bread which was good. The chicken in the pasta was good but the cheese was horrible. The picture I’m including is from me mixing the pasta and taking one bite.

We have been gluten free for nearly 10 years and dairy free for 3 years, and have many gf pizza’s in that time. This was one of the best gf pizzas we’ve had. This is by far the best Palio’s pizza we’ve had. So glad we tried this location.

We had tried both thin crust and cauliflower crust vegetarian pizzas, they were both finger-lickin’ good! The flavors were off the charts, and it’s a no-brainer that we’ll be pay another visit real soon!

Good Food. The atmosphere is cool and great place for families.
The online ordering has a few issues. I ordered a kids pizza which comes with a drink and they didn’t actually have it. Also the kids macaroni looks nothing like the picture.

I am so glad I’m not in the restaurant business and having to deal with children running the front registers. I walked in on a completely empty dining room with about five employees who didn’t acknowledge me at all. I literally had to announce myself and tell them that I was picking up an order they probably couldn’t hear me because a juvenile team was dribbling a basketball in the kitchen playing with his long hair around the food. First time and last time I’ll be using this location. Poor handling of food.

I am at a loss of words for the lack of quality of this establishment for the price they charge. I paid $52.41 for 2 pizzas and a salad on par with that of week old leftovers. The “Caesar salad” contained a few shreds of thin cheese and soft, stale croutons, and dressing on the side that tasted nothing like typical Caesar dressing. The pizzas were dry and lacked sauce. It tasted as if you were eating stale bread with dry cheese due to the lack of sauce. They were cut unevenly for the cherry on top.

If you mess up food, the only thing in your control is hospitality, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even do that correctly. They barely spoke to us, didn’t greet us, and barely mumbled “you too” while we said goodnight when we left. I was a first time customer and will take my business elsewhere.
