WOW ! I have been here before, I have had the fried chicken, but never the chicken and waffles. My wife and I were driving around the area looking for chicken and waffles, I decided to go by and check if they had it , and ooooooh yes they did and they came through big !
It was so good ! I been here twice and I have had a good experience both times . I can’t wait to go back !

Great menu selections, breakfast, lunch and dinner available. A bit pricey but good food. We had lunch this time. Wife had crab croissant (see photo) I had tuna melt sandwich, both very good.

Ive always seen this place but always thought it was mostly just ice cream, but man was I missing out on a local gem all these years! Coffee is obviously the foundation of a great diner and theirs is great, sourced from a small local roaster from what the manager told me. The French toast was fire as well as the scramble I ordered. We enjoyed the Americana decorations and the service, as well as chatting with one of the regulars. Not to mention fair pricing for the portions. As Arnold would say I’ll BE BAACK!

The customer service was amazing! My boy had an issue with the cheese on his burger so the waiter gladly got a new burger without cheese. Other than the great service as the great food. The peppermint Oreo shake was delicious. The cheddar bacon burger was served with onions rings and tasted great, even the regular velvet burger was scrumptious. Whenever I crave a burger and a shake I know where to go!

My wife and I eat here once a month. Their chicken fried steak is soo delicious!! Hailey provides really good service. She has waited on us in the past as well as today and always makes our dining experiences enjoyable.

Best spot in town for a milkshake! Especially that they give you the whole tin on the side. Enjoyed the variety on the menu, was able to order a bit of breakfast and lunch. Eggs were cooked perfectly, all the food tasted fresh and was made to order. The servers are friendly and attentive. One of my favorite spots in town, the sweet potato fries! Despite being busy the food came out fairly quickly. The parking lot should be remodeled as parking was hard to find. Overall would recommend!

My mom loves this place. She says its the best french toast. We came here when we visited her for Christmas. I admit, Its some impressive French toast. Thick, battered looking and crispy. I would totally try it next time. And also…the toast you order as a side to meals…same toast as the french toast! None of that thin, dry boring bread toast nonsense. My dad ordered whole wheat toast with his meal, and it was super thick and delicious looking as if it were home made.
For my meal I did the #1 breakfast meal and chose linguica and hash browns with over medium eggs. You get about a half of a linguica sausage, which they split in half and fry. I diced it up with my hashbrowns and it was a perfect amount.
The hash browns were toasted perfectly, salted nice so no need for more salt, and they got the over medium eggs perfect in terms of cook time. I did add salt to my eggs but thats a personal preference.
I ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. It was ok. Ive had better. There were a couple little pieces of sausage in the gravy but mostly it was sauce and dense biscuit. I wish I’d done the toast on the side instead.
My niece did a half waffle kids meal. The half waffle is basically the size of a whole normal sized waffle, fluffy and thick. She got strawberry lemonade but didn’t like it. We determined it was too “real” for her 5 year old taste buds because she didn’t like the actual strawberries in it! Kids are weird. My brother got corned beef hash. He ate it all. He says he always gets it there so it must be okay. I would come back again to try some other meals.

This place was remodeled a while back so it looks nice inside. The sirloin steak salad is good if your trying to eat healthy. The hungry hobo breakfast plate is one of my favorites, along with the banana & pecan pancakes. The burgers are good too. Their staff is nice and attentive.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had. Went with my in laws and wife and everyone was satisfied! I had the chicken fried steak, eggs with country potatoes and biscuits with gravy. My in laws had eggs and linguica. My wife had the blueberry pancakes in laws had buckwheat with oatmeal pancakes. On hit!!!! We’ll be going back with our kids. We ordered the fried chicken meal for take home for dinner and my inlaws as well. Chicken was over cooked so the breading was burnt a little. They also make their own ice cream and have about 24 flavors.
