I enjoyed a late lunch here. Food was fresh and delicious. While ordering at a self service kiosk, I had a little difficulty. My struggle was short-lived because a member of their crew noticed my challenge and came to offer assistance. She fixed my problem with ease. I will be returning again soon.

When I’m in the mood for some of El Pollo Loco’s famous Fire Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken, I take a short drive to our local El Pollo Loco Restaurant and get my fix of their delicious Chicken! Don’t go to the location on Kindle and hospitality. They charged my account twice for one order. Someone kept my card info and charged me for the same order the following day. They didn’t even offer anything for free for the inconvenience. All they said was to call my bank
