Very delicious vegan food , the mac and cheese was my favorite! The staff/owners are super friendly and you can tell they have passion for what they do. They are located behind monarch bar which is also a cool little place to hang out. Give them a try and you will be very happy

This is by FAR the best customer service I’ve ever experienced (including non-food related categories). I always look forward to ordering and truly enjoy the chill patio atmosphere. Most importantly, this is my favorite vegan spot. The food is flavorful and the texture is spot on <3. I encourage you to try everything on their menu as it all is crafted thoughtfully and never misses the mark.
Life Hack: If you’re going to a movie theathre that doesn’t offer plant-based options, stop by Veggie Jackson and get one of their burgers. Perfect size to fit in a purse and it will enhance your movie experience. Lol.

This place was not only the best food I have ever had the customer service was amazing. We were visiting El Paso for the weekend and have wanted to eat at this place for a while. We told the owners we were visiting and when we got back to our hotel, our to go container had a message “welcome to El Paso” with a dessert in it. How sweet! Made our whole night. We will be back to El Paso just to visit this place. Thank you!!! You guys are awesome to say the least!

Delicious!!! Stopped by and grabbed something quick, came out delicious!! The Buffalo chick’n sandwich was great. Can’t wait to try more.

Food is absolutely incredible. Mind-blowing. I love the variety they provide with the changing menu. Really cool punk vibes as well. Amazing service.
My first time here I went for brunch and, as a vegan who is not used to having so many options, felt both thrilled and overwhelmed by the 100% plant-based menu; the gentleman taking my order was so gracious and patient as he answered my questions, gave me recommendations, and took my order. I tried the vegan eggs Benedict – it blew my mind!!! It was so good! It comes on some sort of homemade waffle that was just perfect, everything about it was amazing.
I came back another time and got the beef and broccoli. It was cold out, but pretty comfortable, and they still insisted that I wait in my car and let them bring it to me so I could stay warm. I would’ve had no problem at all waiting outside but that was super kind.
Unfortunately I’m only in El Paso for a month, otherwise I’d be going back again and again to this amazing joint. I’d be really psyched to try the mac and cheese sandwich. Alas, maybe next time I’m here!

Veggie Jackson, an absolute flavor bang for your taste buds. This place and it’s employees are astonishing, extremely polite and friendly. The Food is amazing, I always order more than I need to because the food is to die for.
Classic food truck vibes with a sound environment. Take the food to go or sit an bask in the seating right next to a cool snazzy bar. All in all the place is great wish it was open 24/7! Honestly amazing vibes!

The food here is amazing! They are a wonderful vegan food truck and I come weekly now. They have a really good vibes patio that is dog friendly too! They are really nice people, you get your food fast and hot, the prices are fair, the portions are a great size, and even you are not vegan you will like this food. Honestly everybody just needs to check this place out for sure!
