New manager Ashley loooove her!!!! Just what they needed the last guy was incredibly rude to the staff 24/7! And the customers! You could tell the environment for everyone has been uplifted! Thank god because I love dunkin but this location was forcing me elsewhere! Definitely coming back

The City of Glendale had ordered coffee for pickup for our annual point-in-time homeless count. Upon pickup, the staff gave us free donut holes and milk alternatives to help support our volunteers during the count! We are so grateful for their kindness, it is much appreciated.

DISGUSTING LOCATION!! If you would like to ARGUE about overly sweetened & weak coffee with disgruntled, rude, & aggressive employees, that act like gang members in a pack; THIS is the location for you! I ordered a coffee, it was too sweet & simply asked for a refund. I was told to wait & to step aside. I stood silently & after other patrons were assisted & 13 MINUTES LATER the manager (who had been advised I was requesting a refund) walked up, did not greet me, nor made eye contact said “What do you need?!” I said no words, he said, “So you need a refund” & I stared blankly at him & said “Yes”. This sparked an outrage in him & he began to raise his voice & tell me that I didn’t have to have an attitude, I was an “ex-customer” & other ppl needed to be helped first. It escalated from there & then I was verbally attack by a female gang member employee to get out of the store & ultimately after FINALLY receiving my refund I did. I was in total fear that the lady gang member was going to attack me & the male manger would have happily held me down while she did it. Little did they know I am a huge influencer & will be sharing my experience with my followers & telling them to AVOID not only this location but Dunkin Donuts altogether. These deplorable acts in the food service industry WILL NOT be tolerated any longer! Please teach your employees to learn what true customer service is & any patron reading this RUNNNNNN! It is a volatile locating that spews hate & negativity! BEWARE!!!!

I visited this establishment expecting excellent service. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I had requested a toasted white chocolate, and it was excessively strong. My fiancé and I kindly informed the staff about the intensity of the chocolate, and they promptly prepared another one, which was exactly how I had requested it. However, the worker in the back made a rude remark, suggesting that we would have to wait. I find this behavior unacceptable and unprofessional. I also failed to mention the cashier, who seemed to be bothered by our conversation. While I understand that she may not enjoy interruptions, she should have been more accommodating. Considering these experiences, I’m hesitant to return to this location if this is the standard of service I can expect.

Today my mom came in around 11a to pick up a mobile order that she placed 2 hours prior to physically picking it up. When she arrived, she waited very patiently, but wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for about 4 ish minutes. As a nice girl comes to help her with her mobile order, a person who seemed to be the manager on shift, redirects the girl to go to the window and my mom is just waiting there. Finally someone else came up to help my mom, and at that point my mom had asked for a refund, and if there was a manager on shift that could help her with it. Joseph comes up, no greeting or apology for the wait, and has a poor attitude during the rest of the interaction, and spoke in a very rude manner. Although we do understand busyness can affect the overall tone of shift, that’s no reason to be unkind, or dismissive in a customer service environment.

I pre-ordered a dozen donuts for a celebration at work and selected specific kinds based on what my coworkers and I wanted. I picked it up today, went to work, and when we opened the box and hour later realized that what at least 4 of the kinds of donuts I ordered wasn’t there. My coworker went to this location to tell them and the person working told her they ran out of that kind. One, it shouldn’t be available to select if it’s not available. Two, it would’ve been nice to know so I could have the opportunity to select something different. I work in customer service and this was terrible service.

This is a terrible location. They were out of over half of what we ordered. And we got the wrong food. The coffee was disgusting and had no flavor (ordered brown sugar cinnamon). The quality of the service and food was below average at best. Ordered two bacon sandwiches and instead got a sausage with the wrong cheese. The bacon was completely black and disintegrating. And instead of croissants, they were put on English muffins. The donut holes we flat and stale and almost rubbery. Will never go to this location again. They need some training on how to do their jobs right and how to take care of customers.

I tried to call the 83rd Ave & Thunderbird location to pre-order 2 boxes of coffee and donuts for pickup at 8 AM tomorrow. I thought calling ahead would make things easier for their team, but the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. He complained about having to throw away coffee today, not wanting to have too much coffee if I didn’t show up, 8AM begin his peak hours and would be too busy, complained about having to train new employees, and then said he couldn’t take my order because the phone was too far from the register. When I said I could call another location if it was such an issue, he told me to “go ahead and call someone else” and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Missing half our order. Doughnut and coffee. We were already on our way. We called the store to get a refund where the “GM” answered. We were unable to return to the store, but about 9$ of our order was missing. The GM refused to make any type of refund without the card we had to make a purchase. It was also a mobile order with order number we did not have the card on us. He stated the order number was not sufficient enough and refused refund.

This location is okay with starting someone’s morning offer with frustration instead of assistance along with taking their money with refusal of refund.
