Tasty food, neat ambience, food was pricey. Place has a bar. With big tables taken by groups,it was noisy the day I went and management could not do anything about it. I was told that Mirch Paneer corn gravy is a must try. I tried and it lived up to the expectation. Rumali roti and Dahi papdi chat were also nice. Overall I felt the cost could have been less, but service and food were good.

We were a group of 8. Food was good but not changed as frequently. Tandoori chicken was not fresh and lacked taste. They usually have less non veg items so it’s expected that they ensure its quality. All other items were good and satisfactory. Good service and ambience.

Was pleasantly surprised. Friends took me to this place. At most indians restaurants a lot of the food is similar especially in a buffet. They had a good selection of items in the buffet. The gulab jamun tasted bad but the others items were fairly good. Service is horrible but that maybe due to the fact we were there on a Friday afternoon.

Food is quite good for people who have never had Indian food. Food is not the only part of the restaurant though. When someone goes to an upscale restaurant, they expect to be served like kings and queens. Here it is a little different. You are served based on your “class” in society. If the owner thinks you are poor, you will be treated like a slave. If you look rich, the owner will suck up to you. I called the owner to sort things out but he verbally abused and harassed me over the phone. If the owner treats a 16 year old like that, imagine how he would treat others… Overall it’s a trap! If you get in, consider yourself lucky to experience something truly out of the ordinary here in the Bay Area! In other words consider yourself screwed… Overall 2 stars for food and 0 stars for service! Thank you Vedas Management for warning me not to come again!

We visited for dinner during our visit to SFO and was really amazed to see a neat kitchen while entering inside. Never seen a setup like that before..To our expectations the food we ordered was really awesome and also made as we requested. The staff was also really courteous. On our exit the cook asked us how the food was and if it was as per our request. Really felt good and they do care their customers. Highly recommended.

It is been a while since I visited this place but when ever I used to go there, food was really good. When they opened their halwa was the perfect way you would get in Amritsar, loaded with ghee. That alone was worth going there. We also liked other items on their menu. Buffet had limited selection but good taste.

I am surprised by the 1 star writers. I have been coming to this place for lunch buffet 6-7 times over the years, in fact I am going next week. We had large 10 people re-union lunch last year. Each time it was a pleasures, and my friends all say great! I used to go Bombay Garden often, now I am no longer working North of Fremont, I am closer to Milpitas, Vedas is my place.
