I had such a wonderful Valentine’s Day at The Vault in Newark!
We ordered the Rasta pasta with shrimp and the Rasta pasta with salmon — both were flavorful, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. For appetizers, we had the hickory BBQ wings and firecracker shrimp, and they did not disappoint. The wings were tender with just the right smoky sweetness, and the firecracker shrimp had a delicious kick.
Our drinks — rum punch and rosé wine — were the perfect complement to the meal and really set the vibe for the night.
A special shoutout to our waitress, Grace, who was simply amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire evening. Her service truly made the experience even more enjoyable.
The music was on point the whole time and created such a great atmosphere. This Valentine’s Day is definitely one to remember at The Vault. I will absolutely be back!

Not every Instagram famous restaurants live up to the hype, but this one does. The decor is trendy and staff friendly and efficient. Everything we ordered; Apps, Entrées, Cocktails, tasted great. Would definitely recommend. Only issue I had was the music, which was too loud but that wouldn’t stop me from dining here.

The food, the music and overall vibe was so good here! The food was well seasoned and came out in a good timing, drinks were also really good. Drove 12 hrs to come to this place because we travel constantly, & my hubby saw it on social media @thevaultloungenj. So At the door your greeted by friendly workers & security, (which they have ALLL over the place & I loved..) the atmosphere was great, the decor & lighting makes it look very stylish. There is a bar on the main level when you walk in, along with plenty of tables/chairs for seating. We then went upstairs where the vibe got even BETTER. Another bar, VIP Sections, bottle girls bringing out your drinks/bottles with the sparklers, the manager Lisa was constantly walking around the place making sure everything was in line & that customers were happy. They also have a very nice rooftop! The dj was phenomenal! We didn’t order any food because we had dinner prior to going there, but the food I saw the customers have looked amazing! Security were all doing their jobs VERY WELL, I felt safe while having a blast with everyone. The vibes were awesome, everyone was dressed nice/cute, & was either dancing or taking shots. My Husband & I had an absolute GREAT BIRTHDAY IN THERE (since we share a same day birthday…) & I didn’t want to leave . Can’t WAAAIT to go back & Parrr-Tyyyyy with everyone there again!

Went here last night to celebrate a friend’s achievement of receiving her Masters Degree and was lucky to find parking right out front, security at door checked ID and my purse which was an easy process then on to partying. Waitress was super nice and attentive, drinks came out right away as well as the food. The food was hot and delicious, I had salmon bites & buffalo wings. Music was on point and the ambience was very beautiful. I will definitely come back here for future events!

Had brunch…2 of us..got there pretty early but stayed late cuz hey that’s brunch ..had a few drinks…the food was great…waitress was amazing she was a1 n d bartender did her thing easy parking at the time n it was free music had me moving..it was a great evening/night overall

Wandered into the vault early on a Wednesday. Our bartender Bria was incredibly gracious, hospitable, and friendly. While I cannot attest to late night rush service, at this time, it was outstanding. The atmosphere is good. Nice music, clean, and attractive.
I ordered a few appetizers, and the food was excellent. The happy hour tacos and kaboom shrimp were perfect and well served.
Now for the most important part. The hookah. They serve Ayala tobacco, quite nice, and are personable and pack it well. The service makes a big difference, attentive and friendly and open to feedback. They use Mya hookahs, the small pumpkin style ones, which are not my favorite. But in the cool of the bar, with ice in the base, it smoked quite well. All in all, an excellent hookah for a more “bar/nightclub” environment that I will definitely return for!

I’m sitting here now with my fiancée .. we made arrangements weeks before to finally be apart of this experience. Upon getting to the vault I was seated and at first I was excited because the vibes seemed great . I sat down and my fiancée joined me later at a small table just enough to sit one person width length . It was an empty small table next to us so my fiancée pulled the table next to me to sit and eat . Then the host (Spanish girl long black hair) walked to the table and told us ” we had to move the table because she got yelled at in the past “. I said ok no problem but here are we supposed to sit ? She speaking over me , in a rude manner said ” well if you can find a chair then I don’t know , but you can’t sit there “. I asked to speak to a manager and never received one . The server was very friendly and tried to make me feel better but my night was ruined . On top the fact that at at 5pm the snapper was sold out already , now I had a bad taste in my mouth . She never apologized for her rude behavior and she proceeded to go on in the night as if nothing happened . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if that host remains in employee. Thankyou. I posted table size for reference, and the empty table next to us.

Happy Hour is amazing from 3:30 to 6pm. The wonderful Bryann the bartender was professional and knew the menu. Bryann made me the best Expresso Martini. Al was my server, the beef samosas (beef patty) with a twist was very good. Al was professional and good looking!! Lol. My first time coming but won’t be the last time.
