Their sandwiches taste amazing. I have had the pleasure of trying at least three of them and have not been disappointed. The workers are always pleasant and willing to assist with any concerns, questions, etc. Never hesitant to check with the manager for surety. Great venue and comfortable atmosphere.

Tried ordering online your your website kept freezing. So we ordered through Google maps. When we got home found that the bagel and cream cheese we ordered wasn’t there instead it was tomato soup. Wasn’t going to make it back to the store before it closed. You really need to do better checking your orders. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was tasty

Went out after clearing the snow off the car for some of Bella’s favorite Mac and Cheese. Inspite of the snow the place is loaded with workers and it’s a short line just two ahead of me. The person being waited on finishes and the order gets placed but there now is no one at the register. Workers are swarming about, carrying on and generally goofing around, but no one is taking orders. After 5 mins we yell into the back asking if there is someone to take our orders. Off to a bad start.

Went here for lunch with my son. My salad was good and the staff was friendly. But I got my son a kid’s grilled cheese and they gave me some bread with Mac n cheese on it. Now I haven’t been to Panera In a couple years but I remember the grilled cheese as being just that; cheese on grilled bread. I don’t know what this is but its definitely something else. I don’t know if y’all knew this about kids but they’re picky, REALLY picky, and when they want something, they want it to be exactly the way they expect it to be. A kids meal is over $4 and that’s a lot to spend on a little sandwich they’ll turn their nose up at.

As far as Panera goes, no fun. I found 2 hairs in my cookie. When I ordered online I was told I had to go to the otherside of the restaurant to get the cookie. So rather than sit it on the tray I was handed in the first place, I had to go wait in line at the cashier to ask for the cookie I ordered online, just to get one with hair in it. The soup I ordered also was not as warm as it usually is at Panera. I love Panera, and will keep going, but not at this location.

I never like to make bad reviews but Came in for Memorial Day and staff was using profanity loudly the whole time we were eating dinner and there were children In the restaurant to – it was very awkward -also our name was never called because staff was too busy talking about what they do offer work- Food was good though – Just pretty inappropriate hope they stop with the cursing ??

I usually go to First Watch at this shopping center. I actually like Panera Bread better and each Panera Bread has a different vibration based on the neighborhood. This area is not as welcoming as a general rule.
