Delicious!!! The veal Parmesan is my favorite but on Monday’s they have a egg plant chicken parmesan combo it was very good the chicken was a little over done but all in very good with an excellent sauce! It was a little over $34 for 2 meals with lemon water to drink

Support small business? Order a pizza today. it was “fine” what was not fine was the Customer Service!! There is no shortage of small locally owned Italian restaurants and pizzerias in our area. Some that are closed for reasons probably similar to the poor experience we had today at Vasillios . When calling to place the order we asked if accommodations could be made for omitting a topping or adding a topping and the answer was no. Asked to speak to a chef or somebody other than a customer service representative answering the phone and could hear in the background just saying no we don’t want to we don’t have the time. Just tell them it’s not gonna taste different with or without it!! What!! so again asked you have the ingredient but you will not put it on the pizza for additional cost … “that’s correct ma’am we don’t want to just put it on your pizza for any cost. Order what we have or don’t. “
OK don’t worry in the future we won’t. Places like a Belleria, Red Plum , Sunrise, Cafe 422 consistently have good customer service. We will frequent businesses with places that value their customers.

I was in the area and decided to stop in for breakfast. As soon as I walked through the door, I was hit with the incredible sight and aroma of fresh pizzas being made—they looked and smelled absolutely amazing!
I went with the Yesterday’s Omelet (a fun name that had me curious) along with a side of potatoes and a coffee. Everything was delicious and full of flavor—the omelet was perfectly cooked, packed with tasty ingredients, and the potatoes were spot-on. The coffee was hot and hit the spot too.
What really stood out was the friendly, welcoming staff and the warm, cozy atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving a great breakfast (or tempted by those pizzas!).

Great place! Smells amazing when you walk in. Salad was very fresh. Calamari was tasty, beef tips (Tuesday special) was very good but meat was a little dry. Lasagna was delicious! Love their sauce! Prices are reasonable. Would come back if ever in the area again. Kay our server was very friendly and prompt.

Five stars due to our waitress Kay. She is a joy. Having a nice smile and a personality goes a long way. I had stopped going there due to the grumpy faces starting from when you first walk in the door. The owner doesn’t look happy to see you, doesn’t speak and if you don’t get Kay you pretty much get the same treatment. I am glad I have found her because the food is good.

My family went there last night,Friday Jan 16,2026,and it was packed !! It was Fish Friday and the beer battered fish is delicious ! Their coleslaw is next level delicious,not dry but so wet and delicious. I could have eaten a vat of it..LOL And their mac&cheese,wow!! I could eat that everyday of my life!! The service was fantastic and everyone there was so sweet and attentative. Great place to visit in Cortland,Ohio. 10 out of 10

Had some really good pasta with soup at Vasilio’s Restaurant & Pizzeria outside of Youngstown Ohio with my best friend on a beautiful Tuesday evening and got busy after we received are meal ❤️❤️

It’s ok – convenient – you are better off ordering a whole pizza then slices. They’ve been made and were barely reheated. This was kind of a bad experience day – I’ve had much better food in the past. Overall this is a 3.5-4/ or a B/B- establishment.

We wanted to hit Vasilio’s last week but they were closed for vacations. So we stopped tonight. They were struggling to get restarted. They were crowded when we came in but we were immediately seated. We heard one staff guy say the busboy quit and they were scrambling. They were out of 2 of the four specials at 6:30pm so we picked one pasta marinara and one burger. Took 45 min for our entrees to arrive. The food was very good. Large portions, hot, well presented. The burgers bun was toasted. Fries were unseasoned but crisp. My big gripe was the long wait for food. The wait staff were hustling so the issue had to be in the kitchen. It is tough to ding them if they are short staff but as a customer, that isn’t my problem. It is theirs. Update: 11/23. Service improved. Food the same. Partners egg plant was huge portion. Sauce excellant. Atmosphere was a strange vibe. Not comfortable or welcoming. Just a weird feeling. Uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to leave.
