New Mexican restaurant with Salvadorian influences in the old Dos wapos location. The interiors have been nicely spruced up and brightened. This place smells better . We got tamales, tacos, chips and salsa (complementary), guacamole and chips, pupusa (Sundays only), kids beef burrito, ice cream nachos and a michelada!!! Everything was top notch, tasted fresh and flavorful.

We used to go to Dos Wapos occasionally at this location, we tried Valles tonight for take out and absolutely loved it! The salsa, and all food was delicious! The quality was great and the sizes were huge! we can’t wait to come back!

Wow! This is some of the best Mexican I’ve had in Colorado. The guacamole is so effing good. I also had their steak street tacos. Yum! Highly recommend. The service was great too.

Best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in Boulder County. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clean. Very attentive and friendly service too. Carnitas were especially tender and flavorful. Give this new, independent spot a try!

One of our favorite new restaurants. The staff and the owner are great people and very nice! I love the Salvidorean options on the menu, adds a little more flavor options than a typical Mexican Restaurant. The pastor tacos may be the best I’ve had! Definitely recommend them!

First time to this restaurant. The service was friendly and the food was good. We had carnitas plate, enchilada verdes, chicken mole plate and chicken tacos. The only thing I got to try were the carnitas, but the enchilada verdes were completely polished off and the chicken tacos. The carnitas and mole both went home in to go boxes. Fundido was quite good and the refried beans and rice were tasty as well. Give it a shot!

It was ok. Like most Mexican food around here. Just, ok. Nothing special. Repeated my order twice on the phone, the guy repeated my order to me incorrectly, I then requested the adjustments, he said ok, then got the order wrong in the end. Not a big deal, kind of expected it. Carnitas wasn’t great, gristley with solid tooth chipping chunks, menu wasn’t accurate with what comes in a combination meal, (the food choices you make in the combo are not whats on the menu, taco is different, burrito is tiny with only meat inside, etc) and it really just felt, looked and tasted like Doswapos 2.0. Same place, same food quality, new name on the exterior. If you liked Doswapos, (I didn’t care for it) you’ll like this restaurant, because it’s the same with minor menu adjustments and wall adorments covering the old spray painted interior graffiti. To be fair, I’d rate most Mexican food in the vicinity around 3 stars, (don’t understand how there’s so many local “authentic” mexican dinning options yet none amazing) so it’s pretty on par with the local competition.
