This food truck is the BEST in the Huntsville area! I mean great tasting food made fresh to order. Valentina is super sweet and friendly. Husband and I sat there and ate and had to place an order to go for later! That’s how good the food was. Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

This little taco truck is AMAZING! We asked her to make us vegetarian versions of the quesadilla and torta and they were delicious! Best Mexican we have had in Huntsville. I can’t wait to go back and try some more items. Highly recommend!

Best tacos in the South without a doubt! Valentine’s is a Huntsville hidden gem! Best tacos and quesadilla I’ve ever had. Minimalist menu because they know what they do well and know how to capitalize on it. Everything was so fresh and flavorful, was ready when we went to pick it up. Extremely affordable, very friendly, best meal I’ve had in Huntsville by far!

11/25 Update:
Ok, I went and got the breakfast burrito and it was sooooo good. Amazing. Delicious. Life changing. I really hope she does more breakfast Sundays! I can’t stop thinking about this breakfast burrito. I’m already a big fan of the regular burrito here but WOW! This thing was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had a breakfast burrito this amazing. I NEED it again. (Maybe at least one a month or something )
8/24 Update: It has been awhile so I had to go hit up the new location. The giant burrito called to me! Still the same amazing food and great customer service as before. Everything tastes fresh and it’s still one of the best burritos I’ve ever had.

You know a place is good when you try a place for the first time on your lunch break and go back your next lunch break.

The first time I went, I had a torta with the pastor meat. It’s the first time I’ve had a torta and definitely won’t be the last. This time I got the street tacos and this place, hands down, has some of the best street tacos I’ve ever had. All the meats are seasoned well, it’s hard to pick a favorite! The prices are also really good for what you get. I also got the horchata and it was delicious.

It’s a little food truck in the parking lot of a marathon. Probably easy to overlook but don’t! You have to try this place. There is also two (4? It’s like two large picnic tables connected together) huge picnic tables with large umbrella’s attacked for seating. The tables are clean and very nice.

Update: I just had the best burrito of my life. Try the burrito! It’s divine! (I got it with carnitas, but you can choose any meat.)

Best al pastor I’ve ever had in my life!
The marinade went hard on the flavors, and i could clearly taste the sweetness of pineapple in addition to the standard spices. Furthermore, the meat itself was pulled but not completely; so i got nice bitty bite sized pieces with excellent char on them! I’ll be going back for the Al PASTOR!

I got 5 tacos & a drink special: 2 pastor, 2 lengua, and a chicken fajita. The lengua was excellent A+ (though not as good as al pastor S++), and the chicken fajita was solid A- maybe B+. My only complaint would have been the wait, but that turned out to be from a random large call in order before I got there.

It’s an easy to miss little yellow trailer in the car dealership parking lot.

Had a delicious emergency dinner here after waiting almost 2 hours for grocery pickup. Fair warning, do not assume special sauce is a cute way to say salsa. It means a type of Big Mac style mayo… I should have guessed that, but it just seemed too weird to be the case. The first quesadilla I had, while tasty, was absolutely dripping from the mix of meat juice, cheese grease, and mayo. I did not get special sauce the next time and definitely preferred that.

I’ve been back a few times and the food is great. I liked everything I’ve tried: tacos, tortas, and quesadillas. Just make sure you really mean it if you say yes when she asks “Do you want everything on that?”

This is exactly what you want in a food truck: great food. Nothing fancy or pretentious. Just really perfectly cooked/seasoned food with unique little dipping sauces and ingredients that speak for themselves. Absolutely nothing fancy about the setup – there’s not even a name on the trailer – but that was the first sign that the food was going to be good. This truck is located in the Marathon gas station parking lot and easy to overlook if you’re not looking for it. We found it on google maps and still missed our turn. The found came out fairly quickly and it was enough for lunch and leftovers. Skip the overpriced chains nearby and pull in for a tank of gas and some tacos during your lunch break.
