Hoorah for the lame people that work on the weekends!!
So if I come in for pickup, I can get whatever I want.
If I want that same order delivered, you can’t get the extra sauce or crispy onions on the side NOR can I get it cut in half and they basically told me I have no rights as a customer to certain things unless I come in for a pickup. What a crock of crap!
I’ve never EVER been charged for extra sauce and crispy onions on the side from any other location
These weekend employees don’t CARE AT ALLL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Ordering $37 worth of food to be told they don’t take $50 notes and was was told to go to different company for change. I said it’s okay I’ll just order from another location and said have a good night. Short hefty lady with glasses and red shirt proceeds to laugh as I’m walking away and says “like we care if we lose out”. I’m writing this from a different jimmy johns location twenty minutes away where they don’t have a policy against giving out $13 in change. That lady at this location needs to keep her comments to herself or atleast wait till the customer is outside the building and to also read up on company policy and not make up her own since she is only an Employee not the owner

I ordered delivery through the app. I work at a school where you able to be buzzed in to an atrium to drop off food with the front office. The driver just left the food outside of the building and didn’t even try to be buzzed in. Someone could have taken my food.
Also, once I went outside to grab my food, I found that my turkey sandwich was wet on the ends of each side. Horrible experience. Maybe I’ll just order Panera next time.

5 stars on service since the delivery driver shows up quickly. However i’m leaving this review since it’s happened every time i’ve ordered from here- skip paying for avocado in general. Every time i’ve ordered here I order the avocado spread, and it’s NEVER on my sandwich. I’ve also ran into mix ups quite a few times as well, every other time I order they replace my boyfriend’s chocolate chip cookie with an oatmeal raisin. (Not sure if it’s an accident, or a substitute that they don’t call about, my boyfriend cannot eat raisins.)
