The Best NY Slice in DFW, Hands Down!
I tried the Chicken Parm Pizza and the Meat Lover, and both were absolute perfection. The crust had that perfect New York-style crunch, the cheese pulled just right, and you could taste the quality in every bite.
The Chicken Parm had tender chunks of chicken, a rich tomato base, and just the right touch of basil and parmesan, it honestly felt like something straight out of Little Italy. The Meat Lover was packed with flavor, not greasy, just balanced and beautifully cooked all the way through.
Uzy’s NY Pizza really nails it every time. Authentic, clean, consistent you can tell they care about every detail.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! The worst pizza and breadsticks I’ve ever tasted, like stale cardboard and sadness. Used doodash to pick up the order and they never notified me when the order was ready. I decided to pickup the order according to the doordash time slot and received a cold pizza with a nasty breadstick side dish for the Super Bowl. Everyone that tried it said it was nasty and unfresh.
Do not ever buy from this establishment. Shame to even put “New York” under the name of this place.

I was so looking forward to some good pasta. We ordered some food to go and when we got home we saw this. It was terrible almost no sauce and the chicken was like something you’d by frozen then pop in an oven. It was $15 for this? Not sure what the rest of the food is like but don’t get Alfredo fettuccine

Craving some NY pizza and we found this place. Lots of choices on the menu, but we ordered a large Pepperoni and pesto pizza with garlic knots. We got talking to the owner, while we waited for the food to bake and he was a really nice guy with great plans for the future of his business.
First off the garlic knots weren’t what I expected, since I was thinking of just plain knots with garlic butter on it, but these had pesto and cheese melted on. It had great flavors, don’t get me wrong, but it was just on the soggier side given the bread was under all that cheese. The pizza was delicious and thin, so the New York style was definitely there. Just wish it had a little more pesto and that it was on the drier side, since it was very oily. Other than that, the beef pepperoni we were told he uses were really tasty. Overall, pretty good food. Definitely going back to try the other things on the menu!

It honestly felt less like grabbing a bite and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.
I’ll definitely be back with friends next time. Places like this are the reason local gems still shine.

I just have to say, the food at Uzy’s New York Pizza was absolutely incredible!
