This is the most unorganized, disgusting Tacobell I’ve ever been to. I’m not from this town, and thank god. First off, there were missing items and I had to argue to get them to make it right. Like I’m seriously trying to get free food or something. Second, the food was gross and the portions were absolutely ridiculous. My pizza had a big chunk of dried sauce, it looked like a blood clot. The taco shells were all soggy and blown out on the bottom. My bean burrito was basically a tortilla with beans spread on it like peanut butter on a slice of bread. This place should be closed. I turned them into the health department this morning online. Gross

Absolute terrible service. They forgot one of my items so i had to drive all the way back to get it. When i said they forgot my item the lady didn’t even say anything just went to grab it and gave it back. No sorry or anything. Then when i got home i realized none of my tacos were taco supreme like i paid for they were just regular tacos. They also put the soft tacos on the very bottom so they got smashed by the rest of the food. And of course everything was cold when i finally ate my food. When i called to ask if i could get a refund the girl that answered the phone didn’t even say a greeting and said the rudest “hello” and said “well i guess you could drive over here to get a refund”. I haven’t had taco bell in years and now i remember why. This location is an absolute joke.

This was the most disappointment I’ve had with taco bell in kerman ca infront of the walmart. I ordered first yet other customers got their meal first and the ones in the drive through was priority to them. I waited for more than an hour, asked two times, they told me it would be out next yet watched FIVE PEOPLE AHEAD GET THEIR MEAL FIRST. I asked once more and my meal was finally done only for it to be open and without a bag. I would give this place negative starts if I were able to. Disappointment to all. The dishonor is disgusting

Absolute robbery! The staff don’t care one bit about the food they are making. Terrible staff and management every time I have gone. This place should be shut down. The photo speaks for itself!

Female Team member on the drive through window gave me the senior discount. I didn’t know Taco Bell did that.
