It’s been noticed many times as you drive past it exiting Home Depot and Target to turn back onto FM1960. They do have a wheelchair accessable entryway to the glass door. Upon entering the nice clean menus are to the left with an order line border that seems pointless considering the straight path from the door is right there instead of blocked. Once decided you order at the counter and the whom were somewhat knowledgeable about the menu options but not so much about the types of heat distributed throughout the menu. Then you pay and take a seat while waiting for them to call your name to retrieve your food from the same area you ordered. Fountain drinks, Tea, lemonade and a couple other options are to the right side of the counter along with the restrooms a bit further back. I didn’t notice any napkins out anywhere but there was lids, sweeteners and straws by the fountain drinks.
The food is presented on a tray with napkins and 2 packets of ketchup.
The meal ordered was complete and cooked to order. The ingredients tasted fresh and were properly seasoned. The extra spicy wasn’t as hot as I was expecting. The seating area needed a good sweeping and the dining tables looked like they were wiped down but it wasn’t very clean. Overall I find it a little pricey and would prefer seeing someone cleaning more considering it was almost lunch hour and not tidy.

This was garbage. Fries were way too salty and the chicken tenders are covered in an over-salted dry rub that felt like powder in my mouth and I had to spit it out. I don’t consider myself a picky eater at all, and I consider chicken tenders hard to mess up, but this was really REALLY BAD. Service is extremely slow. I was in a room full of angry waiting people with no one being served and someone demanding a refund. One poor couple ordered before us and waited about 45 minutes. I won’t be returning.

The Urban Fries are the best!! The combination between fries and white cheddar, Mac & cheese with the mild chicken topped off with that bird sauce is everything!!!!!! Food is always hot and they aren’t stingy with the portion size either.

Great food always. I love spicy food and typically get their xtra hot. Pricing appears to be high, but the size of the tenders and portion of fries justifies it! I would give it 5 stars, but walking to the drink section, there is definitely an off putting smell coming from the BOH/restroom area. Not sure what that is from. I’ll come back!
