I went in for a quick bite and used the kiosk to order. It was mid-afternoon so almost no one else inside. After more than 10 minutes I had to ask if they had my order. 15 minutes later I had my not-so-fast food.
At this location they seem to prioritize drive-thru and pickup. Disappointing because the food quality is good but I likely would not stop there again even though it’s the closest.

I asked my roommate to pick up my mobile order on his way home j asked him to ask them to make my order fresh please! We live 1 mile away… the fries had different temperatures as if they shuffled old fries with newer fries though none tasted fresh and my sandwiches were also cold. I thought when you asked for fresh they cooked everything fresh.

Girl at the regi the 2nd time was very helpful and nice! Long haired guy think he’s a manager was rude didnt really care or want to help. Only giving a 2 star cause the employee girl was kind. Manager needs retrained on customer service.

Service takes a very long time during busy hours because they prioritize the drive-thru much more than pickup and dine-in orders, even if you only get one item. Also, the fries here are hit or miss—sometimes they are great, but other times they’re cold and have no flavor.

I did a mobile order today, Wednesday. But I picked it up inside the store which was unusual for me. I used in the app, a $1 large French fry, and a Hi-C beverage large. But when I went into the store I had to fill my own cup of the beverage, and accidentally got a Fanta orange instead of a Hi-C orange. So I had to go back into the store dump out my drink and get the correct beverage. I laughed when I did that. Because that was my own fault. Lol. It was a great transaction. I could have gone through the drive-thru, or had somebody come out to give me my order but I needed to stretch my legs. It was a cool clean transaction. Plus I had to ask for salt so I’m glad that I went inside the restaurant. Everybody was so nice. Definitely would come here again. I originally came here to come for a transaction over Facebook marketplace. I don’t understand why the French fry container says WcDonald’s(??!) and not McDonald’s and the M is upside down?!

The Mcdonalds here in New Brighton is awesome! Food is always fast and always fresh! The staff is polite, kind and a joy to be around. I recommend this McDonald’s for a meal on a budget!

Pulled up to the drive through was asked to wait. I waited another car pulled up at the other lane and they took their order. I was for gotten about. Would not recommend this location. There is no care there at all. Have had other bad experience at this location. Very poor management.
