My burger was great and the service was really good. I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the beers! I had 2 and both had flaws that a brewer like me would notice. Metallic flavor in the Belgian Strong Ale for example. Too bad because it’s a cool place.

My daughter and I had dinner here on Saturday, and I must say that the waitress was the best; she was very kind, helpful, and friendly!
However, the food was terrible; the barbecue boneless chicken my daughter ordered tasted so stale and disgusting that it actually made her feel ill. This ale house location charged me extra for ranch dressing, extra for salad dressing which I really despise, and the ceaser salad was so chunky that I couldn’t almost chew it! Additionally, the salad dressing and the ranch dressing should be complimentary and included with the meal. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit this ale house location.

The food and service here was mediocre, average at best. I will say the food and drinks came out fast but after that I had to wave down my waitress after waiting an excessive amount of time to get the check.

Food was very good and it came out in good timing!! Look for Chris,he was such a good waiter. When I tell you he was behind the bar making drinks and at the tables he deserves every bit of this tip. Thank GOD for people like him.

Stephanie was super sweet and really kind the entire time we were here for lunch. She was helpful and patient and very hospitable. She was talkative and attentive as well as personable. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

This is a great place! The burgers are excellent, and the wings may very well be Raleigh’s best. Great assortment of beers, nice decor – plenty of televisions, and Chris behind the bar is as good as they get. Always a fun time at Crabtree!

It was ok. Had the Philly cheese sandwich. It was not much inside the maybe 6 inch roll. Fries were gross. Menu reads fresh cut, they are not. I asked the waitress and she confirmed frozen. Won’t go back….
