We have wanted to stop by here for a long time and we finally made the time to do it, and what a great idea that was! We are hooked now on their delicious dishes! It’s a really cool looking place with great outdoor decor. I love the blue and white colors! It looks clean and well cared for, which is important to us. We were greeted by Epos Olo, who was friendly and helpful.

We ordered ahead of time on their app. We shared the following items: Elote, Chicken ‘n cheese quesadillas, Birria tacos, Guac n chips, and Al Pastor tacos. Let me tell you: everything was delicious!! Tasty, seasoned right, great flavors, perfection, and perfect size. We even had left-overs for dinner that night. We will definitely be back very soon to try other items! You should try them and thank me later, lol.

Never disappoints. The best nachos around – large and filling. I recommend getting queso on the side so you can half leftovers otherwise the chips will be soggy. Wish the still served margaritas !

its a small spot at the corner of Biscayne Blvd and NE 66 st. I like their tortillas. some of our chips are stale. I wish birria taco was in the simple taco form rather than pressed with cheese. Elote was light and easy to eat.

I always recommend uptown 66, best chicken nachos I’ve ever had, and still holds the title. The steak burrito is also addicting, and they have the best churros

Uptown 66 might not serve the best Mexican food you’ll ever have, but it’s a solid spot when you’re craving Mexican flavors and want to enjoy a few drinks. The shareable nachos are a great option for the table, and both the taco birria and the steak burrito were satisfying and well prepared. The drinks are good, the ambiance is clean and comfortable, and the service is quick and friendly.

The only downside might be consistency—sometimes the food is great, while other times the flavors can feel a bit off.

This is our spot after the run club, even been here maybe 6 times already. We always get the nachos. With barbacoa. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They just load the hell out of them. Great for sharing. Also my friends and I love Alberto’s service. He literally shows every table a good time. It shows he loves working and it makes the experience even better.

Friday’s burrito at Route 66 had me hooked. Went back today after golf, excited for a repeat, and got let down big time. Guess consistency didn’t make it into the recipe.” The tortilla was over charred and greasy

DO NOT GO HERE I just went for late night pick up around 11:30 it’s really fallen off from when it opened.. and the workers are so rude it’s depressing, It’s always like that now. Also whenever my boyfriend pays for pick up in his name (unique name) there is something wrong with his order, this time we found 2 completely different hairs in his burrito l. It sucks cause he doesn’t have a beard or red hair and neither do I so they are not ours and we wasted like $80. Disgusting now he feels like puking, I feel like I have a hair stuck in my throat.

These are some of my favorite tacos in the city! The staff is wonderful. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the amount of time it takes for an order. I love to come here for lunch during work hours, but it’s taking over 20 minutes to receive 2 tacos :/ it’s getting increasingly difficult to come during working hours due to the long wait time for food. Like I said the food is delicious, so it’s almost worth it, but I’d come even more if the time for the food to be ready took less!
