I visited for lunch, and it was outstanding.
The roast beef sandwich was great and the crinkle-cut fries were excellent. Not like McD’s … the fries were fresh and hot.
The drive thru service was great, nice young guy taking care of business.
It was $13, including a bottle of water.
Overall, a fantastic experience at this location.

On our way to Cape May for our honeymoon, we stopped at the Arby’s in Neptune and had an absolutely remarkable experience. I have always enjoyed visiting this location, but this time was truly exceptional. The food was, as always, delicious and perfectly prepared, but what set this visit apart was the extraordinary hospitality we received.
When the store manager, Jack, happened to overhear that we were celebrating our honeymoon, he went out of his way to generously treat us to our meal. This thoughtful gesture transformed a simple stop for lunch into a moment of genuine joy and lasting appreciation. It is these small but profoundly meaningful acts of kindness that remind us there are still dedicated professionals who take pride in offering not only great food but also outstanding customer service.
Jack and his team exemplify what hospitality should be, warm, considerate, and attentive. Their actions left a lasting impression and elevated our trip with a memory we will always cherish. I cannot thank Jack and the entire staff enough for their exceptional service and generosity.

I normally do not go to fast food places but after going to Walmart we stop at Arby’s drive thru. The service was excellent. The person working at the windows was very amicable. He went above and beyond his job duties. He even commented on how nice my shirt looked. Outstanding!!!

Good place to eat. Been here a few times as I travel from VA to NJ. The only thing I don’t like are the Arby dispensing machines for the sauces rarely work. This is in all Arby’s. These dispensing machines simply do not work and therefore you need to ask for the packets which just add to more trash and waste in my opinion. Looking forward to trying the new burgers.

Have no idea how the current staff is so this review may not reflect them but had pieces of sharp plastic with one of our sandwiches. Wife ingested a bit of it and stopped eating it when she realized she had been cut. Corporate reached out to us and mentioned they were investigating and it was probably pieces of the packaging of their roast. All that was offered to us was a refund of our order and an apology. Couldn’t have felt like more of a miniscule response

I usually travel from toms river to go there. I went twice this time and both times I got the beef gyro, both times within 24 hours
The bread was hard as a rock very sloppily made and there were some spices that were never put on there before. Arbys is my favorite but this was a disappointment

Fries were amazing!!! The strange gray French dip sandwich, not so much. Hadn’t eaten at an Arby’s in years, decided to roll through the drive thru for a bite to eat. The fries made the visit! The crinkle fries were perfectly salted and slightly crisp. Yum!

What’s not to love about Arby’s. The staff here is always attentive, and the food is delicious and never disappoints. Has to be one of the best fast food spots in the area.
