Everything about this jack box needs help .. manger and employees works with and touch food without gloves. Touching everything behind counter then grabs your food n throw into the fryer. Asked for food the be fresh, still not. Lobby dirty tables sticky , floor dirty. Very sad /disappointing and it’s not the first time this has happened. Employees are lazy and pathetic.

I ordered a cheeseburger and it had no meat on. But the reason for the bad review wasn’t only because of the burger but the customer service. The cashier was very rude! She initially didn’t give me my receipt the first time. When I asked for it after she gave me my burger the second time, she gave me one without the survey!
