“This ain’t fast food.” Drive thru took 30 + mins at 1130pm on Sunday night. This is ridiculous. Person taking orders extremely rude. Rushing me out the drive thru. Another establishment I will never come to. Waste of time.

The place is somewhat run down. Look at the size of the food portions. They have shunk. Your looking at an ultimate cheese burger. Not a junior double Cheeseburger. If i would have known that. I would have just ordered a cheap junior burger. Ultimate burger Bun gotten smaller, the meat patties are way thinner. To top it off on the portion shrinkage, the price went up. So its a double win for them. It’s kind of dirty , restrooms, dining area & parking lot. Self-serve drink station is removed. Probably because of the non paying customers in the area. Restrooms are available for paying customers. The parking lot is very large. No problem swinging a trailer around back there. Fifth wheel or semi.

Food was greasy order was made wrong ordered two ultimate cheeseburger combos somehow got a sourdough jack and another ultimate cheeseburger with a very very smashed bun. Burgers were smothered and mustard. Couldn’t really get the attention of the lady who was taking payment either. Not sure if she told me to pull forward when I did never made eye contact. Food is also super greasy and yeah, it’s Jack-in-the-Box.

Great and friendly service. Fast to get your order out. they are exceptionally friendly and understanding to all the homeless around the area as well. The store is generally very clean as are the bathrooms. The food always tastes amazing and it’s always at a nice hot temperature. I would definitely recommend. Although I’m not a fan of there in app mobile ordering.

I came to this location because the Jack in the Box on Chicago Ave was so understaffed. They ignored servicing people that were waiting in line.
