The customer service was excellent and I appreciated that during my visit. We chose to sit outside, our meals were brought to us I ordered the salmon and lomein entree- It sounded like it was a bit of an odd pairing but I decided to try it. I was disappointed- I am no expert but the salmon was dry and over cooked and it wasn’t a good pairing after-all for the lomein. The flavor of the noodles was pretty alright ♀️ my husband ordered the spicy sandwich and he said the taste was pretty alright but a bit too saucy. I personally wouldn’t visit again due to the pricing and the taste of the food but my husband said he would give them another shot. I hope this business succeeds because the customer service was amazing and I believe the owner is a young business guy. Good luck and God bless!

Ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi entrees with stir-fry veggies and sides of mac & cheese and mashes sweet potato. Shout-out to Al who prepared our orders! The mashed sweet potato was bland but Everything else was hot, fresh, tasty & plentiful! Dining area is spacious and warm, restrooms spotless & fully stocked. Customer service & quality a 10!

The Black lady behind the register was an absolute angel, she helped me narrow down what I should get and had the chef cut my lamb chops because I have trouble cutting my food. Now on to the food, which was absolutely spectacular and worth every penny. Job well done guys

Stopped in for lunch and tried the chicken hibachi and chicken alfredo. They offer sauces for the hibachi, cant recall which one I tried but it was tasty. Both meals good and the portion sizes were also a great value. The restaurant is nice and clean. My favorite was the alfredo, it was absolutely delicious! I will be back for more.

I am very disappointed with my food spent 90 dollars on two triple hibachi dinners with stir fry veggies l. The rice tastes like it’s from a box, four pieces of medium shrimp in each dinner and pieces of the chicken were scorched. This definitely wasn’t a ninety dollar meal.

My husband works downtown and has bought dinner home from Upscale. I was so excited to find they had a spot near our home. This is the first time I’ve actually ordered and EVERYTHING taste so fresh and flavorful. I will most definitely be going back. Everything I ordered was SOoo Good. I Recommend the Hibachi (shrimp & lobster). Thanks UPSCALE cuisine for coming to my neighborhood.

I personally was very disappointed. I always find it offensive when you order at a counter, get served on plastic trays like you used in the school lunch room, they only serve water in plastic bottles you pay for, you bus your own tables and when you go to pay they turn over the tablet and it suggests a tip. Why? What service did you provide? You cooked the meal in your kitchen?
