something needs to change here. i never order dominos anymore and i got reminded why tonight. both pizzas were supposed to be extra pepperoni on one side. both turned out to be extra extra extra cheese so much it looks mushed together. the first one was the one on right and it seemed like they cooked multiple layers on at a time then they remake it and send the one on right, again extra cheese but not as much, this time pizzas not even cut

They gave me the wrong pizza, was supposed to get a mushroom and a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, got two mushrooms. I had pictures as proof. I requested a refund on their website. Got an email from the store saying to print out their email, bring it in and I can get a free pizza. I don’t own a printer, and I only ever get delivery. So I asked for a refund instead. They ignored me. Emailed multiple times. Ignored. Put in another refund request on the website, got an email saying the issue is already resolved so stop asking.
I decided I’m going to never eat dominos again for the rest of my life out of pure spite. I’ve been a dominos customer for years, bought countless pizzas. Never buying another one again. You guys lost a customer for life over a simple refund.

If I could give negative stars I would so tired of there drivers pulling out in front of people almost causing an accident so much so that they have to rip it off the side to not cause an accident! Please refuse to go to this trash pizza place . Manager says he isint responsible for his drivers or there actions and refused to listen to my complaint after they had me on hold for 50 minutes! I got so fed up I drove to the store wile on hold. Still the manager says I should call the police to make a complaint!

I had a pretty good experience. I am a truck driver and was passing by this area. I bought a pie of pizza and it was well prepared and tasted great. The staff working was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked it. However the pizza was NOT cut properly, it was a bit difficult for me take a slice. Honestly, every dominoes I’ve ever gone to, has this same issue. I don’t know what is it, please cut the pizza properly DOMINOS. It makes the pizza sloppy when you can’t take a full slice without it ripping in half.

Their driver gary who answered the phone was extremely rude, when i asked to speak with a manager or another team member he declined. Oh that was the second phone call the first one he hung up on me because I asked him a question about one of their specialty pizza’s….

Apparently Gary is not only rude but also a liar. Gary apparently is a manager I called back to speak with someone and this time around he was the manager in charge so good luck to anyone who orders from this dominos!

When I placed my order online, it told me the order would be ready for pick up in 23 minutes. An hour later I was STILL waiting in the store because they hadn’t even started it yet. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, I was met with an angry glare from the young woman at the counter. When the cancellation was complete, instead of pretending to care about my business and simply apologizing for the delay, I was yelled at on my way out for being “difficult” for wanting a refund. I know it is a holiday and they were slammed – I get that. A simple apology would have gone a long way, yet they lost a customer forever.

Manager was rude. My app said the order was complete and ready for pickup for 5pm. People that had pickup for 5:15 pm were getting their orders. Manager was so rude she didn’t even put the garlic on the crust of my one cheese and one bacon and sausage pizza. I come from a pizza family and that manager very unprofessional

Said “mixed up on both ends” when the driver delivered to the wrong address and called afterward to tell us where he left the food. Completely unprofessional behavior from the staff. Also, they can’t cut a pizza correctly, it seems.

Ordered an extravaganza and 16 wings, pizza had a insane amount of peppers olives onions and almost no meats, wings were literally floating on bbq sauce, no bathroom available, no parmesan cheese, not even a trash can so i could dump the whole order . Non existent quality control.
