I had a pretty good experience. I am a truck driver and was passing by this area. I bought a pie of pizza and it was well prepared and tasted great. The staff working was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked it. However the pizza was NOT cut properly, it was a bit difficult for me take a slice. Honestly, every dominoes I’ve ever gone to, has this same issue. I don’t know what is it, please cut the pizza properly DOMINOS. It makes the pizza sloppy when you can’t take a full slice without it ripping in half.

I ordered online. I had an avid deal I was going to use that I paid $15 for $30 worth. When I ordered online, I used the 6.99 deal coupon. At the store, the lady at the counter said we couldn’t use the avid deal, because we used an online coupon, which was fine. But she took my avid deal! Did not give it back. So one for your employees stole my avid deal that I paid for.

Walked in and ordered 18 pizzas and 2 32pc bread bites. Ehab and Mena had them done super fast and they all looked and tasted perfect. Best Domino’s I’ve been to. Highly recommend any time you need some zaaaa!

This place has THE WORST customer service. We have been fairly loyal customers for the past few years, largely due to the fact that we lived in a delivery desert and Dominoes was the only place that delivered late. That was when we lived in Lancaster. Sometimes there were problems, but whatever, the manager of the Lancaster store always fixed them nicely, with a smile, because we were such regular customers and always tipped well, like you should if you are a decent human being.

I had placed an online pre order around 4 pm to be delivered by 5:45 for a birthday party. The food came out of the oven sat for 20 mins until the driver left at 5:40. I didn’t receive my food until 6:30 which was cold so I had to send it back mind you this was for a birthday party. I call in the girl puts me on hold for 15 minutes. I hang up call back and the manager answers saying they are short staffed what do they want me to do. I said you order online for a reason to be here at that time. I’m beyond angry!!! Then they have the district Mansger call me with an attitude sayingthey are short staffed. There was NO sympathy or compensation for me having to order from a different place with hungry kids waiting. BE AWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!! The district manager said to me if I don’t like the service to go elsewhere mind you this was a HUGE order too!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS??? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! METRO IS SOO MUCH BETTER WITH PARTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE TOO!!!

I ordered from this dominos For delivery at only 11:30 pm . With the understanding the closed at 12 it still stated on the site I can place my order. They proceeded to allow the transaction to go through and take my money. Dominos then tells me I’ll be refunded in 2-5 days however it’s been almost 3 weeks and no one even let me know why they couldn’t full fill my order a half an hour before close. I love dominos but don’t recommend this location as I understand things happen but the fact no one updated me is unacceptable.
