This uno location is a ghost town, just the way I like it. No people, no yell talking. Their deep dish pizza is straight fire. Don’t let anyone tell you any different. Compliment that pizza with a flight of dessert shooters. You won’t regret it.

i havent been to unos in years and wow. so i got an email about your 10.99 pasta and loved the rattlesnack pasta and buffalo mac and cheese. I just got home with both of those pastas and the rattlesnack pasta literally has barely any sauce and its just alfredo sauce LMAO no spice at all literally. and the smallest 5 pieces of chicken. but the BIG let down is my buffalo mac and cheese. half of the noodles have no sauce what so ever and THEN..there is alfredo sauce!! i was so confused i thought maybe it was white cheddar but no its alfredo hahahaha. are you serious?! the poor girl at the takeout said she had 2 customers all day and I can see why. she was so nice but she cannot save that poor food quality.

I ordered online to pickup dinner for me and my 6 year old on our way home because it was going to be an hour long ride home and she was hungry.. I showed up about 5 minutes before the food was supposed to be ready, and had to wait (reasonable). But, the 5-10 minute wait turned into 25, I asked if I could just get a refund because we had to get home so she could go to bed. The restaurant was nearly empty, but it took an additional 20 minutes for anyone to even appear at the front again. About an hour of waiting later, we finally get our pizzas and had to rush out the door- the person at the front then accused me of not paying (which I did as soon as we got there), and really he should’ve been asking if I’d like a gift card or something for the ridiculous wait… we finally get in our car- and the food wasn’t even close to what was ordered! I ordered a pizza with broccoli, spinach, and mushroom- I received a pizza with banana peppers, onion, ham, and tomatoes. I was already beyond behind schedule for getting my daughter home and to bed because of the insane wait, so I figured I’d just call and work on a resolution. Well, that wasn’t even possible because the phone number for this location that’s listed online is out of service. Literally the worst experience ever. I understand that it was just one location, but it makes me want to give up on the entire company. I’ve never been so upset by pizza before in my life.

Place was completely empty, but surprisingly still had an abundance of staff. I was confused as to why so much staff was there when it was completely dead. They were quite loud and just chatting. Food was unimpressive. Chicken scampi tasted like cheap Chinese food and we had to send it back. Dessert cookie seemed to have been cooked way too long as it wouldn’t come off the pan unless we scraped mightily. Allie was our waitress and she was very personable and friendly, can’t hold the negatives against her because she did her job great. If you have other options, eat elsewhere. Food may look good, but taste and overall experience is severely lacking.

Typical chain restaurant. The food is never bad but to be fair its nothing to write home about either. The decor while cool it is very very dated. The location is perfect with a few garages within walking distance and for you cheapskates you can also score free street parking nearby. The size of the restaurant is smaller so it fills up fast. Our waitresses and bartenders have always and I mean always been on point. The hostess station is in the front so when eating at the first couple rows you may have someone inadvertently staring at you while you eat. Overall the place is definitely worth the price of gas to get there.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Food and service were terrible. Took 40 mins to get our DRINKS. They said it’s because we had “a lot of drinks” … there were two bartenders behind the bar goofing off the whole time. Place was almost empty. Ordered a margarita and it tasted like juice. The pizza was covered excessively in cheese. Just terrible and I would never return.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Menu options are typical UNO items but my favorite non pizza was the lemon basil salmon. Thank you to all the staff who have made me feel welcome home every time I come back to the States.

UNOS Pizzeria & Grill!! The number restaurant so good that they pluralized it! And then unpluralized it, more than likely to make the experience more authentic. And authentic is right! Let’s start with the name. I scoffed at the idea of a place serving pizza also having a grill. Not too common and it’s like, stay in your lane. But maybe I’m an “& Grill” guy now! They way the pizza items were placed next to the & Grill stuff was seamless! I nearly got something off the latter! Maybe next time. And there will be a next time!

I would have to say this trip to Uno’s was a bust !!! Went there on mother’s day an was pretty empty only 2 other parties at tables..and one server . Waited with a toddler for 20 min min just to get drinks. Let alone our food. Pizza wasn’t even good I’ve had better at a roller skating rink. Paper straws got soggy really quick. And when I called to try an talk to a manager the phone number is not in service !!! Bad business etiquette and lousy service.

The atmosphere is nice it gives off a very American vibe however the food is fairly average. I feel like it was just a waste of money and there’s definitely better places to be getting my food from. The mozzarella sticks were really good though
