I hadn’t been to Round Table in years, so I was actually pretty excited to go back. Unfortunately, they were really short-staffed. The service itself was great, but the salad bar was pretty disappointing — only two plates were available, and both were dirty. The lettuce was fine, but everything else was empty except the croutons and dressing. Even our twists came out burnt.
That said, the ladies working there were wonderful. They turned the visit into a pleasant experience for my mom and me despite the circumstances.

The woman who helped us Danni was AMAZING and a complete professional!! Came in Wednesday evening around 5:45 with my daughter. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! EVERYONE WAS SOOOOOO NICE!!. Place is very clean and welcoming, food is absolutely delicious, best experience ever!!

We called in our order and were told it would be ready in 10–15 minutes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes beyond that timeframe. It was frustrating, especially since we planned our pickup around the time we were given.
When we went to the counter to check on the order, the manager, Harmony, came across as dismissive and seemed irritated that we were there based on the pickup time we had been told. Rather than feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing her. The overall attitude during the wait made the experience even more disappointing.
We understand that delays can happen, but a little courtesy and communication would have gone a long way.

Extremely solloe service, so slow I walked out after about one hour of waiting for my food. Thereby I didn’t eat anything so I can’t rate food, I witness many unhappy customers who were also waiting for food, atmosphere gets a 1 also.

We placed a pickup order and when we arrived to pick it up the girl that was working was extremely rude and didn’t give us our marinara sauce we ordered. We come home to find the pizza was raw and I had to put it back in my oven to cook longer. This place has terrible service and quality, wouldn’t recommend.
