Really enjoyed our lunch stop at what used to be Beckie’s café. Great food and the best service. But be aware, must pay by card, cash is not accepted.

The chuck wagon is outside of Union Creek Resort, has a few outdoor picnic table seating options by a creek and offers a delicious and simple menu. The brisket was delicious. My friend got the ribs, which he wouldn’t recommend. I also don’t recommend the corn. They have diet sodas, although they weren’t on display so you’ll have to ask. You pay upfront in the resort lobby after getting a handwritten ticket.
