It was our first time eating here and they didn’t disappoint. Loved the atmosphere, food was great and the service was wonderful. A group of 8 of us were there to celebrate 2 of our friends birthdays. Everyone was sooo surprised when they played happy birthday over the sound system to acknowledge their special day. To beat it all, both ladies even got to pick out a dessert from the menu to enjoy. A big thank you to everyone at Union 41 for making this evening so memorable!

We went to Union 41 in Bristol last night for the first time. There were 6 of us. Overall, our meals were really good and tasty. Our appetizers came out quickly. We had the Burrata and the Shrimp Hushpuppies. Huge shrimp were in the hushpuppies! The burrata appetizer will be my Go-To now. Excellent! We ordered the Lost Luggage special cocktail that was smoked… Terrific presentation and taste was phenomenal and savory. At our table we had a strawberry salad, the red snapper, duck confit lasagna, a Pig and 3 sisters and a 20oz ribeye. Very little tweaks needed but snapper may have been a little too done. The duck lasagna was interesting because we assumed the duck would be IN the lasagna but it was a confit leg/thigh next to the lasagna. The Pig and 3 sisters was excellent and the steak was cooked perfectly. We opted for no dessert. They added a 20% gratuity to each ticket because we were a party of 6. The only drawback that would keep me from returning in the hotter months is the temperature of the inside of the restaurant. It was extremely warm and the bathroom was at least 10 degrees cooler and it was even cooler outside. Maybe it was just a fluke and someone forgot to turn it on? Overall, we will return! The patio looked fun and inviting and they make pizza outside (only) as well.

Came here to try a new spot. The service was slow but only because it’s new and they are BUSY. So things were slow to come out-for now-order as much as you want as soon as you want and if you know you’ll want another drink, order it before you really want it. The gluten free pizza was really good! You truly cannot tell that it is gluten free. They have an oven for the pizza outside too. You can see them preparing it on a wood fired oven. I got a lavender cocktail—which I LOVED. My friend got the one that come in the luggage which was also really cool and the presentation honestly made it taste so much better–it was a smoky cocktail–that extra time in the luggage sitting in the smoke, genius, so good. We had the friend Mac and cheese and omg it was great! The chef here is famous, like literally. They do accept reservations but I wouldn’t go if you are on a time crunch, but again, they are new. The atmosphere was super fun, they have so many photo op spots with a tent and a swing, plus there’s a stage! So live music is going to be happening frequently (super cool). The patio was awesome and an amazing hang out spot. Can’t wait to go back!!!! This place is setting the bar for Bristol.

We had an excellent and very unique dining experience here! The food and service were both fantastic and we sat facing into the centrally located open kitchen. If you’re into cooking, then it really is like dinner and a show! It definitely gives you an appreciation for how hard they’re working to put out top quality food! Just a heads up, it did quite loud, so I wouldn’t recommend dining here if you are looking for quiet and intimate dinner. It is definitely worth trying though!

I have never experienced a dining experience like this before. First time going here today, we went for our Anniversary for Sunday Brunch. We got to sit and watch the whole kitchen experience. My husband got the bloody mary with all the things…best one he said he’s ever had. I got the expresso martini, delicious! The Chicken and Waffles was so good and my husband enjoyed his Pork Belly Benedict. Mac and cheese croquettes….So Good! Everything was so good. We will definitely be back! Thank you Chef T and everyone there. The food is amazing!

Always delicious, I’m so happy to have this spot in town, definitely a much needed fresh change. Fantastic, delicious ever changing menu & cocktail items. Sunday Suppers ( $30-$45 includes entire meal – beverages). I’m excited for the patio dining area to be ready. This place is jumping for obvious reasons, so I highly recommend making reservations. See you there!

We’ve been wanting to try out Union 41 for months now, so with today being a special occasion, we decided to finally try it out. We made a reservation and arrived a little early- about 15 minutes early or so. Our table wasn’t ready yet, which is fine, we figured that it wouldn’t be since we arrived a little early. The hostess told us that we could wait in the bar area until our table was available. We sat over in the bar area looking over the menu and trying to decide on what to get since everything sounded delicious! Nobody spoke to us over in the bar area at all to ask if we wanted a drink while we waited. No biggie, but it would have been nice. We decided that we would try the oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer but once we sat at our table, the server said “I have some bad news. We’re out of oysters.” Bummer. So we took a few minutes to look over the menu again and try to find another appetizer we would like to try. We decided on the crab beignets. Our server then tells us that they just ran out of crab beignets… well, alright. That happens I guess. So then we get the Mac and cheese balls (they’re called something else on the menu) those were amazing! Savory and sweet! My husband and I both loved those! So we thought to ourselves maybe our entrees will be amazing and make up for the disappointing experience so far. My husband got the Jerk Chicken and he said it was bland, wasn’t terrible but definitely not what he envisioned what jerk chicken should taste like. Looking at other pictures of the entree, his didn’t look like that. I got the red snapper and etouffee. I waited and waited and waited… and then the waiter finally told us that the reason why it was taking so long was because my snapper was frozen. In my mind at this point I’m thinking this is ridiculous. When it finally reached the table, it was pretty good and I didn’t have any complaints about it. I really wanted to love this place. Maybe next time we will just try to arrive soon as they open to avoid not getting the items we want on the menu. The atmosphere is pretty cool and there’s no other place around here like it!

Our server Tom was not good at all However chef & owner took excellent care of us. We got our appetizers & food in no time at all. All the cooks were amazing! Definitely recommend!!
