We don’t make it out to north Houston much however we had to be in the area. Ratings were high so we decided to try it. The menu was similar to a very highly rated sushi place on Kirby. We tried hamachi jalapeno, millennium roll, and angry dragon roll and a few other “normal” plates. We were disappointed – all plates/rolls did not have any distinctive flavor, nothing that made our mouths ‘pop’. We were perplexed to understand how their ratings were near 5-stars. Hamachi sauce was “watered down soy sauce”, jalapenos were slice too thick. Service was good-to-great, service with a smile.

Restaurant looked cleaning had nice seating. We asked to sit away from the crowd and were taken straight to a table between three full tables. But asked again and were lead to a few tables over. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking with her. The food was OK, small portions with limited fillings in the roll. It was plated well and was fresh.

The food selection is good. The Uni was fresh and delicious. The spicy edamame was very good and served in a spicy garlic butter sauce. The Miso Soup was ok, not how Miso normally tastes. Nigeria selection is good and the fish is fresh. Overall a nice place, ill come back.

The sashimi salad with the ginger dressing was amazing. I cannot wait to return and I will have this same dish again. Great for summer. Healthy option. The miso and the rolls are great too. My daughter’s and I have been here twice, both times, great experience.

1st time to visit this section of the woodlands. Decided on sushi for dinner and so Uni was it! The servers were polite, attentive, and fast. The sushi rolls were delicious. Tried the Tiger Roll (Delicius), Yuka (so-so)& sky diver another (so-so). Will return to try other rolls.
