I stopped by Uncle Vait’s Pizza in Lexington for their Meatloaf Special. The meatloaf with brown gravy had great flavor, and was some of the best I’ve had in a restaurant. I’m definitely looking forward to having it again soon.

5 star experience at Uncle Vait’s!!! Chicken Alfredo Pizza pictured. It was incredible! Not typically a deep dish fan but it was recommended and cooked to perfection! Light, fluffy, crunchy, and so delicious! We have been on the hunt for top notch chicken alfredo pizza and Uncle Vait’s nailed it!

Uncle Vait’s is a really great diner. The food is excellent. The service is the best that I’ve had recently in the central Illinois area. We went on Sunday and our waitress was serving several tables but kept all of our drinks filled and was very attentive. The food is American diner style and is fantastic. Portions and prices are very reasonable. I have not yet tried the pizza as everything else on the menu is too tempting.

Fantastic little small town pizzeria with great wraps and burgers. Staff is great and the food is too. Close enough to the highway to stop when traveling, especially with kids. Skip the chain restaurants. Priced very reasonably, this is comfortable with its own personality. We will be back someday!

Tried Uncle V’s for the first time a couple of days ago and really enjoyed it. The food was great and I had the biggest omelet I’ve ever seen, however I really appreciated their service. The man up front was very friendly and our waitress was the sweetest lady, giving us some good laughs while we were there. Nice little local spot that’s worth checking out for sure.

Have ordered from Vaits before…never BAD food but nothing special. Ordered a large Cheese & Sausage pizza the other day. That was the last time I ever order or eat there. Very little sauce and VERY skimpy on sausage.

Great place along Route 66. Friendly service and unique offerings. We were biking in the rain and were able to sit it out while enjoying a great lunch. We have the Cuda, the Crisper, onion rings and fried mushrooms. Sandwiches come with a cup of soup, which was this day – stuffed green pepper soup – really warmed us up after coming in from the rain.

Chicken Parm was good, but the sauce is super sweet tasting, and you don’t have much chicken compared to the amount of spaghetti you get. Service was great.

What a great experience! Took my neices here for their birthday. They loved the play area. It was clean and had arcades and a play kitchen. The owner came around and asked us how we were doing. It was a very friendly experience! I wish we had a place like to in North Normal. Ha
