The restaurant was clean, old furnishings seats were torn, the food was hot that’s about all the good I have to say. The food was dried out so bad you couldn’t cut it or chew it we tried several dishes but everything was dried and hard to chew. I didn’t think anybody could ruin ice cream but if you refreeze it it becomes gooey, I got a donut and it had a dried out crust as if it had been on the bar several days. The personal were not very friendly. I would not give it 1 star but I can’t rei77view for less

Went on Mother’s Day with my Mom and was totally disappointed. I’m Giving the Restaurant a 3⭐Star only because the food looked absolutely amazing but not everything tasted to good. Most things tasted deep-fried and looked it too. After not being there in 7-8 years it was a let down. I wasted to much & this use to be the place my parents took us as kids all the time.

They have really great food. $7.99 per adult and 3.69 per child 3-6 years old during lunch hours on weekends. Not sure if it’s the same for the week for lunch tho.

I just ate their with my son and it was awful. So bad that I just paid almost $20 to just sit there and pick at our plates and left within 10 minutes. They consider a child 9 and under, which isn’t right. Most places is 12 and under. My son doesn’t eat as much as an adult but they charged him full price as if he was a 40 year old man. In our case today, neither of us ate. The employees aren’t approachable to even tell them “hey your food was terrible, we aren’t paying for this.” They aren’t the type of people that are understanding. A CHILD was our hostess, sat us down and took our drink order. But, at least she was nice and when she took us to our booth she asked if this seat was okay. So that can be where my one star came from. Heck, when I paid the lady couldn’t even ask how everything was nor did she even say thank you. She took my money, gave me my change, sat down and began looking at her phone. It was super dark inside especially over the food which makes me wonder, what are they trying to hide? The chicken had a bland flavor, and it was so chewy. Mac and cheese was dry and no flavor. We got there at 11:10am so they just opened so there is NO excuse for how bad the food was. Honestly, I think they simply reheated yesterday’s leftovers. They BARELY had a selection! The left section (that used to be full years ago) was completely empty. They did not have any child friendly foods for the kids that don’t like Chinese. Hardly any of the food would be considered true Chinese cuisine. Plus, the one lady stood behind us and just kept staring us down. This made my son very uncomfortable. Plus he has braces and he could barely bite and chew his chicken. He was afraid of knocking a bracket off. He got a stomach ache from what little food he had. I will NEVER go back! This place used to be good way back when but now, nope, don’t waste your time and money. I did hear this place barely passes their inspections so my advice is steer clear. Oh, did I mention that their fish tank was filthy? Needed more water in it as well. Those poor fish! Some looked like they were dying. It never used to look like that! If you want a good experience, just go to the Chinese restaurant in Zanesville right off the interstate on Underwood. It’s much, much better all around and they don’t stare at you and make you feel weird.

It wasn’t a pleasant place. I got sick 3 hours after eating there. It was a a downer atmosphere the employees looked unhappy and sad. The foods taste itself was bland, mostly tasted of fried fish. They charge a higher price at dinner than lunch but at dinner its the same food . You are just paying more.

Worst restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. No Ac. So it’s hot as hell while you eat. Fried rice is disgusting. Hard and horrible. Idk what their crab ragoons actually have in them but it tastes like dried up dog food. Some items are really good but the things that are bad are just really bad. Not friendly at all. New to the area and probably won’t go back.

My husband says this is the best buffet he has ever been to. While I don’t completely agree, it is good. The chicken wings were great, which I rarely say. Also, our waiter was attentive, friendly and always around. The food was mostly hot and changed frequently. Definitely recommend.

I live in NY so I’m used to a really good Chinese buffet. This place was not bad. The food was out to long…Luke warm and dried out. If it were fresher I think it would have been very good. As far as service. I see a lot of comments about how bad it is. You guys must not eat Chinese often. The service was no better or worse than any other Chinese buffet I’ve been to. Place needs a face lift but again most Chinese buffets do.
When in town again I’d go back.

It is OK, when the last owners were there the place was awesome, they were very personal and it was cleaner. The food now is only so so, most of the time the food does not seem fresh and who ever runs it now is rude! I go there once in awhile and when I leave I swear I won’t go back there again ! I can tell you unless they make some changes I won’t be back! I really miss there ice cream machine it was so good good and a nice treak!
