I would like to recommend the restaurant and the food, and also congratulate a worker named Franklin F for the excellent performance I observed during my visit to the restaurant. While I was there, I noticed that he worked with responsibility, kindness, and great attention toward the customers. He was always respectful, organized, and willing to help, which made the experience at the restaurant very pleasant.

Haven’t been to a DQ in years and I’m glad I stopped by this one. Wasn’t too busy, place is clean, staff was friendly, lots of seats and an awesome shaded outdoor patio for kids and pets. Best of all, the ice cream was delicious.

Ordered all wrong ask for the 7 dollar meal with the onion burger, should of check my order before getting on highway.was given a two piece chicken tender sandwich instead with mayo which I don’t like and realized that I was not given my sundae neither. Not first times order I placed was wrong before ordered bacon double cheeseburger and was given basic cheeseburger and told them just ketchup and still put other condiments on it. Advice if you go to this location always check your items before leaving area.and also did not give me my receipt

I visited this place on Jan 3, 2026 during their “Buy one Dilly bar pack get one free”. The workers told me the deal was for single Dilly Bars, not packs. However, their signs did not say “single bars” and their FB post specifically stated “on 6 packs”. This place needs to train their employees better. I did buy 2 packs to be “nice” and give them the benefit of the doubt, but I should have made my point more clear at the time of sale. I have not had great service at this place in the past either. This might be the icing on the cake for me to avoid this place.

Went through the drive thru at 10:44p and the manager assisted us. I just want to say that was the best service. He was so friendly, attentive and had our food freshly made. Great experience just before closing time.

DQ experience was terrible requested extra fudge&peanut on parfait….what I recieved was not that, it did not even come close to the photo on the menu, no fudge on top, no cone of ince cream. No longer a DQ customer shameful how this location is trying to short change customers, this specific site consistenly underperforms..What happen to QUALITY standards. Just got to my burger this morning — raw bacon and a tough dried out burger bun. WHY is the food quality so inconsistent. Well that said, though DQ was a childhood favorite…I will not return. Customer lost forever….

This is the second time I have a bad experience. This ice cream that I have been served twice of the last three times must be a different kind because it is not the creamy fluffy type that they are known for having. I will not be back again because I don’t send food back and don’t return. Just hoping you correct this icecy ice cream. Thanks
