This place is an absolute local favorite and never disappoints. I hadn’t been in over a year and was craving it badly—so glad I came back. Uncle Lee, the owner, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. He even remembered my order from a year ago, which really says everything about the care he puts into his customers.
Hands down some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. We stopped in during the lunch specials and ordered the Mongolian beef—tender, flavorful, and literally melts in your mouth. The lunch special also comes with soup, making it an even better deal.
Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and truly authentic food. If you’re looking for a neighborhood gem with amazing Chinese cuisine, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

The best Asian food I’ve had in years! The sautéed green beans were fresh and crisp. The crab fried rice had a mound of crab on it! The spicy wonton dumplings were so juicy, big and flavorful, I can’t stop thinking about them. The food came out so quickly but was so fresh and delicious I was blown away. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. They made you feel so welcome from the second you walked in to the second you walked out. I live up north but I will happily make the trek to this place for the food. Such a pleasant surprise, it’s still on my mind the next day. The ambiance added to the great experience b/c it looked so cleaned, especially the bathrooms and the lighting in the restaurant was perfect for photo taking!

The food was really tasty. And it continued to be tasty when we are left overs the next day.
We had the cumin beef and Singapore noodles. The savoury hit on both were just too good. The seasoning of the noodles and the beef, plus the tender meat will make us keep going back.

This is for the Chang Sa Chicken dish specifically 🙂 I had no idea what this dish was and I couldn’t find it online, so I took a gamble and ordered it blind!
It was QUITE good. Tender grilled chicken pieces with a medley of vegetables… green and red peppers, broccoli, mushroom… with a sweet and savory brown sauce (their menu says this dish is spicy but I didn’t pick up on much of that!).
So if anyone else is curious about this, here you go!

Uncle Lee’s Kitchen. I love this place. My daughter and I had Mongolian Beef, Salt Pepper Tofu, String Beans and side of perfectly cooked White Rice.
I’ve had the beef 4 or 5 times now.
Quality, consistency and taste the exact same each time. Nice creamy smooth meat glaze.
It was so good I ordered the same exact meal to go.
Uncle Lee is working the front as well as the rear of the house.
He is very popular with the customers.
Restaurant is spotless. Same with the kitchen. He gave me a 5 minute tour. Staff is very friendly.
I noticed as busy as the kitchen was. It was noticably spotless as well.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Food quality is excellent this time and every other time I have shown up unannounced. Same tasty consistency every time.
Luckily for my wife and I we arrived for a birthday dinner before the place loaded up. And it does, trust me. Another thing I noticed was the take out business is huge here. Bigger than I had ever realized.
Another thing during our dinner some of the takeout guests asked us what we had on our table. Very friendly occasion. Mongolian Beef, very tender and the sauce was like velvety consistency. Salt and Pepper crispy tofu, one inch cubes, slight hint of salt and pepper with a golden brown slightly crispy crunchy exterior. Pad Thai with Prawns were very flavorful blended with the noodles and sauce. String Beans were fantastic. The bean were cooked perfectly glazed yet surprisingly crispy with a snap in each bite. Since the wife is on a big health kick, for me???
Lastly Brown Rice. This restaurant staple tells all about a place. They either know how to cook it, or they don’t!
This place does, trust me. Just right moisture content, freshly cooked. Mixed in with the meal when I spread it about my plate.
Uncle Lee’s was written up in the Seattle Times making it to the Top 30 restaurants in Washington State with each spoonful I realized why!

This place is excellent! The owner is very friendly and makes you feel appreciated and welcome. Me, my wife and son have been there twice and there was at least 6 months in between the two visits. He remembered us, where we were from and what we ordered the last time we were in. The food is excellent and very fresh. Our son constantly talks about how good Uncle Lee’s General Tso’s chicken is and I agree. The green beans are really really good too.

Came here during lunch and was very quite. Every lady in here treated me as if I was family and was such good service. The orange chicken was good less orange tasting than stuff I have had before but still delicious and HUGE portion. Definitely could be shared between two people. Beautiful atmosphere, lighting and paintings. I’d imagine this would be a good date night spot! Will be back:)

This place is wonderful. the owner is super friendly and chatty, says he has been in that spot for 37 years. The place looks super nice and not as ethnic looking. Looks like a nice hotel restaurant type of place. The food was great. I had the pad kee mao, aka drunken noodles. Delicious, the wife had the lunch special green curry with pad thai, niece had the Mongolian beef and pad thai. Both taste great. The daughter had her special egg fried rice, and I always have to ask to make sure because some place doesn’t want to make eggsonly, fried rice. Great guy who enjoys his guests. Uncle Lee is a good man, so close to the children’s hospitals, and treats his customers great.
