Had to wait for someone to finally take the order then after sitting close to 10 minutes waiting on my food a customer stated she had been waiting an HOUR for her food. At this point most of the customers that were sitting in the restaurant came to the counter asking where was their food. I also noticed for this place to have a 99.0 rating the floors hadn’t been swept NONE of the tables wiped down a bucket a dirty water was on the counter and ladder was in the middle of the floor. One person was complaining that the nuggets they just got were hard as pebbles. I just wanted my money back by this point. Worst experience at a KFC ever!

If I could a give NEGATIVE review I WOULD! Staff was more interested in taking SELFIES than CUSTOMER SERVICE to us and SEVERAL other patrons and then we had to go BACK because our order wasn’t correct after waiting for 20 minutes or more! There was NO apology or ANYTHING. Just HERE YOU GO. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST VISIT to the Oxford NC KFC!!!! Management NEEDS to step in and clean this place up!!!!!

This was the gravy we received, this is gross.

Walked in to place an order. There were two people working the window. A third person was doing everything but taking orders at the dining room cash register. After standing at the looked at but unacknowledged for over five minutes , I just left. The staff could use some training in regards to customer service.
