They’re close to where I live and they can take quite a while to arrive and sometimes mark the order as delivered yet are MIA for 10-20mins before the driver actually shows up.
They don’t ever call or text if help is needed or something so I can’t capitulate.
The last order I had was quite a lot of food and I simply made a complaint on the wings being chewy, soggy and under sauced but left positive feed back.
I then received a coupon for a pizza and since I can’t use the app to order to my address. Hmmm.

I’m very disappointed with this Domino’s location. I watched the employee making food without wearing gloves, and it was honestly shocking. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a place that handles so much food. If they can’t follow basic sanitation rules, how can customers trust the safety of their food? I won’t be ordering from here again until they take cleanliness seriously. VERY unprofessional.

My family and I visited on Thursday 21st October, 2021. We got a coupon in the mail which we used.. The place is clean and the cashier was helpful. A rating. I like the fact that they do not have this (P65 warning CA)as I have noted some fast food restaurants have this, it’s a complete turnoff. However, is good that the businesses let you know, as it is harmful.
The pizza was hot, a medium size, fair price, we only got one topping beef, somehow I felt it could have had a little more cheese , especially around the crust. The taste was okay, I didn’t get much of a flavor. However, to be fair we would order another one next time, with more toppings, probably if they do barbeque sauce as the base and I will see if I get the flavor profile that I am looking for when I savor it .
The waiting time was probably 5 to 7 mins. Will try again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE; Order from this location at your own risk. We ordered and used the app tracker. It showed its progress to include a delivery that never happened. After calling and wasting loads of time waiting to speak with a human they said the order was sitting there and never went out, this was an hour after ordering. Cancelled my order for a refund.

The staff at this store are very discriminatory against Asian people. When I went to the store to pick up the order, it clearly showed that it was ready, but the female staff told me that if she couldn’t find it, it meant it was not ready and I had to wait. All the orders that came after me could be taken away immediately, so why did I still have to wait????? I waited in the store for almost 15 minutes and asked the staff again. The female staff still said it was not ready. Then another colleague reminded her that there was an uncollected order on the top and let her see if it was mine. Then she finally saw my name. The pizza was actually already there, but she just didn’t give it to me. Then when she gave it to me, her attitude was not good and she didn’t apologize. It was a clear discrimination against Asians!!!!!!!!

I felt so bad for the 1 guy that was working BY HIMSELF the night I went to pick up my order. This guy was running around and doing the work of 3 people. I don’t know how the franchise owners can understaff their stores like this. He deserves a raise! He was sweating and visibly frustrated but still was polite and kind. Hope the owners read this review and make some staffing changes!
