The service was incredible from the hosts to our server. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The salsa and chips were good as was the guacamole and queso. We ordered a fajita chicken bowl and a combo meal. My husband said his combo meal was good. The rice in my bowl was instant rice so was a bit of a turn off. The chicken was good and the bowl had interesting flavors. However, after I was about a third of the way in, I found a piece of plastic in the bowl. The manager took the meal off of our bill and had the kitchen make a new one, which I appreciated. I probably won’t eat here again but my husband and daughter liked their meals.

This whole experience was absolutely amazing from the service to the food! I visited during rush out (lunch hour) and the service was still prompt, the waiter I had Hector was patient with my daughter ordering, kind, and didn’t make us feel rushed! The food was fresh and delicious! The manger Davin Wallin even came by to make sure our experience was up to par I genuinely enjoyed my time dining here! Side note the $5 margaritas was the cherry on top

Visited for the first time for my wife’s birthday and took about 10 minutes for us to have a waiter greet us at the table and about 15 minutes to bring waters, The place was about 70% capacity so not too busy. I know it’s a new restaurant but definitely needs work on service, it took our waitress about 20 minutes to take out order and was very delayed on clearing off dishes for the dessert pinata. She was very nice and pleasant but from the time we sat down and left it was almost 2 hours. The food was very delicious though snd once the service improves we will be back.

I was finally able to get to Uncle Julios. 1st attempt they were having server issues. There was no issues this time. The parking lot looked busy but they weren’t busy inside the restaurant. We were seated immediately hostess brought us chips and salsa right away. The salsa looks like it was made from roasted peppers/vegetables. Let’s just say it was very good. I wanted to put my straw in it and drink it. Chips seemed like they might be made fresh there. Light and crispy. Server was very awesome sorry can’t remember his name. But he had lots of cool tattoos on his arms. He was very quick and check on us often. I ordered barbacoa fajitas that had roasted zucchini and squash with it, tortillas beans and cilantro lime rice. The cilantro lime rice was the only thing lacking some flavor. But I fixed it right up by pouring some salsa on it. Wife got the carne asada steak and Spanish rice. It was cooked perfect and tasted really good. The steak was soft and tender. I got a Margarita swirl. Well I got 2 Margarita swirls because it tasted very good. Could maybe use a tad bit more Tequila, but I just like the taste of good Tequila. The wife got the mixed berry Margarita on the rocks. She enjoyed it. I had to sneak a taste and it was very good. Maybe next time I’ll order a top shot for mine. Kids ate enchiladas. Let’s say the wiped out their plates before I could get a picture. We will be back. Other stuff on the menu. Maybe next just the wife and I so we can sit at their nice big bar area. It looked like the might have some outside seating. Maybe when the weather cools off I could try it out. The manager made an appearance to make sure everything was good and we were being taken care of. It’s always nice when managers come to check without us having to ask. Plates were a little on the more expensive side. But I feel like it was good and service was great and I will be back. Soon!!

Uncle Julio’s was amazing! The restaurant was clean, and the service was top notch—everyone was smiling, all the servers were hustling, and our server, Hector, was very attentive and awesome. My family of four ordered different things and they all were delicious. 10/10 recommend!

This was our date night treat and we got the gift card special from our warehouse club (Costco) that gave us 100$ for 80$ it was enough for us to both have fajitas with an appetizer and dessert with enough for the tip left over the food was amazing the shrimp tasted great tho I think il try the queso next time as it would be a bit less for more food the fajitas for two was amazing tender steak and flavorful tender chicken. The dessert was delish as well and we took some home to my mother in law who was babysitting.all in all an amazing time they were also extremely patient with our gift cards as they had to be cashed out on the central computer and not that clunky tablet they were using for the table. Worth the money

First visit was on the 04/29/23. It was mid afternoon. We had a very friendly greating and my wife and I seated ourselves in the bar, which was mostly empty. We did not order an adult drink just a soda and water. We ordered a small Blanco queso dip nice and creamy could have been touch hotter with heat. Wife had street tacos and I had a kids chicken Fajitas. She enjoyed hers and i loved the wood grilled chicken. The hand made Tortillas were nice and soft and warm. I did not eat salsa but my wife enjoyed it. I thought prices were higher than other mexican restaurants we have been to but will be going again.

We understand that this location has only been open about a month. Staff are still new. Server was attentive, but order was lost. Management stepped in and got our order out to us quickly and made sure the rest of our experience was a good one. Food was good and desert is an experience.

It was a 5-Star experience from the time I walked into Uncle Julio’s to the time I left. Everyone was excited to be there. This includes both guests and staff. Since I was eating alone, I accepted a spot at the bar. As my escort ended, I was met by a bartender named Elle. Her attitude and personality was electrifying and magnetic. She made me feel like an old friend she hadn’t seen in years and continued that excitement throughout my stay. I had a well shaken grapefruit margarita (I was talked into trying it and I hate grapefruit). Surprisingly, I was impressed with it. It was really, really good! I was given the customary chips & salsa and found out that it was like nothing I’d ever had before. All the ingredients were roasted before being blended together, which gave my salsa an incredible taste and texture. I ordered shrimp fajitas and I was so impressed with the freshness and flavor! I might add that Elle the bartender noticed that I had a sore throat and got me a hot tea with lemon and honey. I drank that with a delicious plate of sopapillas that tasted like my Mom’s. All in all, it was an absolutely incredible experience and I will be making this a regular place from here on out!

The restaurant is beautiful. We had a larger party, so they sat us out on the patio that could be enclosed. The day was beautiful at first, and then it got a bit warmer. They closed the doors so they could turn on the air in the room. The problem with that was that the air didn’t cool down very quickly, and we were all burning up. Toward the end of our visit, it finally started to cool off in the room.
