Had a great lunch with a group of 14.
Menu has both Japanese and Chinese foods.
Our personal noise level was loud.
Looks like a nice place for dates with booths available and multiple tables for two. BYOB, no liquor store in plaza.
All dishes ordered were excellent, big portions. Our price range per person was $20-30 because we ordered appetizers, entrée, dessert, drinks. Otherwise can have a full meal for less than $15 a person.
We had fried banana, ice cream and mochi for dessert.
Highly recommended.

Affordable Sushi that always has us coming back
Uminoya is one of those spots that you know you could get a solid meal at for a great value. The sushi is very reasonably priced compared to similar places in the area & the food is good. This is not a gourmet restaurant or anything but we really do like the food here. The atmosphere is quaint & charming, the waitstaff is always pleasant, & attentive, & we always leave here full. Being that the prices are so affordable it allows us to try new things all the time. We always love getting the “Combo Pick 2” Meal with sushi on the side. Our favorites are the spicy whitefish roll, the crab rangoon, the boba tea, & shrimp tempura roll.

Food was really good and so fresh which super important especially when having sushi. Also it’s affordable with so many deals a definite bang for your buck. Portions are pretty great too from what I saw in other tables but even for us this portion was just right! Definitely will be coming back!

Literally the best sushi I’ve ever had. I’ve been searching for a place like this for years and have had to settle until now! Take out was just as delicious as dine in. Super fresh, and the rolls are priced very well.

We ordered dinner.. keyword dinner.. The item on the menu is called the” new style” sashimi. When it first arrived I thought they messed up the order. It is literally five slither slices of fish with a horrible sauce on top which does not even pair with the sashimi. Another huge problem was I don’t know if the sauce that was placed on top was hot because it cooked the salmon which is supposed to be raw hence sashimi. Lastly why are you putting sauce on top of my sashimi. It should just be plain raw fish.
I took a picture of this disaster. You can see the extremely thin slice of sashimi. You can also see the gray piece of salmon.. last time I checked salmon was orange. This item also cost $14. I could go to ShopRite and get a big piece of fish for that or order this from another local sushi place and get triple.
This is literally the worst sushi we have ever gotten from anywhere. Never again am I ordering from this overpriced place.

This place is the best. Restaurant clean. Staff very friendly and quick. Prices are fair. Food is always great. We go or get take out regularly and it’s delicious. My young kids love the Singapore noodles and sushi rolls. Crab Rangoons are super tasty.

OMG, my son treated me to Sushi here, and I have a new favorite place to go! The place is located in a strip mall, it was not what we set out for today but we both fell in love with the place.
The staff was very patient with us as we purused the menu and made EXCELENT recommendations. Presentation was GREAT!
