Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. The chicken tastes dryer than cat litter. Literally hard pieces of dried chicken. Didn’t know I ordered chicken jerky. It doesn’t look burnt or overcooked. Is the owner that cheap that he/she won’t toss out old pieces of chicken? I think I’ll pass going here from now on. Plenty of other places to go and get a better chicken sandwich.

I had a disappointing experience at this Arby’s that really didn’t need to happen.
I arrived ready to order and mentioned that I had a coupon but had accidentally left it at home. I knew the exact coupon details item, price, and promotion and explained this clearly at the counter. Instead of offering any flexibility or customer service, the employee’s response was simply that I should go home and get it.
No attempt to help. No effort to verify the promotion. No consideration for the inconvenience just a rigid, dismissive answer.
I understand policies exist, but good customer service also involves common sense and discretion. Many businesses are able to honor a well-known, clearly described coupon or at least offer an alternative solution. Telling a customer to leave and come back over something so minor sends the message that their time doesn’t matter.
Fast food is supposed to be fast and friendly. Unfortunately, this experience was neither. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d encourage management to reconsider how situations like this are handled in the future.

Just short suggestions. New beef bites are too spicy and bold flavor Serve plain with sauce on side. Couldn’t wait to try but won’t order again unless flavor is made milder. Rueben sandwiches nleed to be put together when ordered. Sitting in foil causes sogginess. Love Arby’s otherwise.

Not funny, Joshua. I politely asked for my Gyro (Tzatziki) sauce on the side. Not that much to ask for. I also spelled my name out when you asked and that’s 100% not how it’s spelled. Food was still good though. Glad you’re not the cook. I’ll still be back at some point.

Could use more cheese but all in all, the best! I love it here, I get the bacon beef and cheddar every time. My mum gets the French dip and they sometimes forget the dip! But it’s awesome, love it.

Literally the slowest Arby’s. Ordered online. Drove to location. Had to park and watch everyone clear the line before me. Currently sitting and it’s been 20 minutes with no food. I’m assuming because they had to harvest a fresh chicken or something.

Usually I like this location but today I did NOT. The roast beef was way too thick. I literally couldn’t even bite through it- it was like shoe leather. We ordered 3 of them and had to throw them ALL away because they were inedible. What a waste of money. The new lemonade and mac n cheese be bussin’ though.

Horrible experience… cold empty fries … the lemonade is now a kid sized amount for a LARGE… the food was bland and missing all the sauces. Would never recommend or come back to this location.

Staff is excellent, food is pretty good, dessert always hits, but the inside needs a HUGE revamp and cleaning… it’s 2025 and it’s the same interior layout as when I came here as a kid…
