The restaurant environment here is very typical to most popeyes, clean enough; but nothing to commend. Prices, quality of food and typical wait time are all average to above average. Staff is very hit or miss, between great staff willing to assist and assure quality or on the flip side the recent worker at the register that simply cannot be bothered to provide the minimum service. This Popeyes is by no means a pass but expect an average experience.

I stopped by here on the way to Monroe. I was exhausted and just needed a pick me up. Unfortunately I came in 30 minutes before they opened, but the manager seen I was exhausted and fixed me a meal. This is one of the best examples of hospitality I’ve ever seen. Great spot.

Out of almost everything and after waiting for 10 minutes was delivered 2 meals that were burnt ( to the point i could commit a homicde with it ), missing utensils and sauces, and even the wrong size drink on one meal. So we basically paid $10 a meal to only get to eat a salty but edible biscuit. It’s a shame since I’m usually voting Popeyes over kfc. Glad to say I’ll never have to return here.

Horrible on this night, 11-04-2022. Doors locked at 9:00pm. Closes at 10:00pm though. Went to drive thru and ordered a 3pc dark mild with red beans and rice. Got the order attached. And i couldn’t even eat the fries. They were cold and stale. Customer service was horrible, greeting on the drive thru speaker was non existent. Overall disappointment!!! And I’ve had great service from this location before.
