I’ve been coming through this area for over 7 years, usually grabbing Starbucks next door, and I can’t help but notice how well this Five Guys is maintained. At least once a week I see them pressure washing the building / side area and keeping everything spotless. The place is always neat, clean, and well cared for, which really says a lot about how they run their business. it definitely deserves recognition. Keep up the great work!

Phenomenal! Friendly staff. Delicious food made fresh right in front of you daily. No secrets or hidden prep areas. And the shakes…Five Guys has officially ruined all shakes at other places (for me anyway)! I visited recently and discovered that I could order a shake with BACON!!! So I just had to try it. I got a vanilla shake with caramel and bacon. SO GOOD!!! So now I want that all the time. I find myself going to other restaurants and looking at their shake menu and am almost disgusted because they don’t offer bacon!

A $10.85 cheeseburger should deliver more excitement than what I received today at Five Guys. It was just meh… Judice, Best Stop and Kevin’s Seafood locally owned here in Lafayette offers so much more in a cheeseburger for dollars less. It wasn’t bad. Just wasn’t a $10.85 cheeseburger.

I usually really liked their fries…this time they were horrible – so oily and covered in so much salt that it was impossible to eat them. The time before we ordered two portions of fries and two burgers and they forgot to pack one portion of fries, I noticed at home. Recently their service at this location is going down 🙁

Placed order online and was not in my hand until 1 hour and 25 minutes later. Stood at the counter for an hour and had to tell them my name twice. But the DoorDashes were sure flying in and out. They gave me double fries and an extra patty on both burgers. I’d rather my food in a timely manner than a coronary.

Nothin here wowed me… but the food was good. Service was acceptable. Mostly clean dining area. Food was ready pretty timely. Need to clean soda machines more frequently. Enjoyed my meal.

I got the large Cajun fries and bacon cheeseburger single with A1 sauce pickles ketchup and mustard. The fries was seasoned well and freshly hot. The burger was very good. Glad there’s still a Five Guys around because they closed the one in Alexandria. You get the burgers the way you want them and don’t be charged for toppings.
