Eddie V’s is an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The fresh oysters are incredibly flavorful, the steaks are perfectly cooked with amazing seasoning, and the crab cakes are rich and delicious. The lobster tacos are a standout—fresh, buttery, and packed with flavor. Everything feels high-quality and thoughtfully prepared, making it a perfect spot for a special night out or a memorable meal. Highly recommend. They also sat us on Saturday with no reservation. Amazing hospitality on their part!

After being disappointed and racial profiled at MORTONS STEAK house I left and made a reservation at Eddie Vs for my birthday and it was the best decision I ever made! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! I love Eddie Vs and I’ll prefer this establishment over any other steak house in NJ. The general manager at Eddie Vs was very nice and welcoming! The food was delicious. My server Alexis M was great and made my birthday so special! You can’t go wrong with choosing Eddie V for great food and drinks, just bring your wallet but it’s worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed. And our server Luis was excellent. You can request him when making your reservation. Also, men don’t freak out when they ask to escort you to the restroom, apparently it’s protocol and you have a right to refuse for which I did…lol…Good times…$$$$

1st time at Eddie V’s for dinner and Valentines Day Dinner at that! We were late past 15 minutes of our reservation time…No Problem! Valet? Check!! Beautiful decor and Large Place with intimate Lights Comfortable Furnishings and Several Areas to sit ( I sat in the speak eazy area ) Awesome waiter ( Jason / Full of Charisma and positive energy) Food did not take long… The Food thooooo ( Amazing!!!! Prime rib to the Lobster to the Mac to the Calamari to the Crab cake etc Everything I ate Really Really Great tasting food A+++!!! The Manager was also great as well !!! Thank you Eddie V’s for making our night special.

This place has been on my list for a while. We were shopping at the mall and decided to take a chance. It was the best decision. All the food was excellent our waiter was so attentive and caring. She was the best. Our meat, soup and drinks were awesome. My Hope diamond was pretty and delicious. We received the banana foster complimentary of the house. There was a band playing Christmas music. I will be back. It was worth every penny.

One of my favorite restaurants in Jersey! The atmosphere sometimes they have live music which is absolutely fantastic! The food is sooo yummy I come here very often and never disappointed! Eddie V’s in Paramus deserves nothing less than 10 stars! From the moment we made our online reservation, it was clear this restaurant takes customer service seriously—they paid close attention to our requests and delivered flawlessly. Once we arrived, every detail of the dining experience was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
For appetizers, my wife ordered the jumbo lump crab cake and it was outstanding—packed with crab and absolutely no filler. Most restaurants ruin crab cakes by using filler, but Eddie V’s did it 500% right. They truly have the recipe for success! I had the Point Judith calamari, which wasn’t bad at all, but personally I prefer my calamari with a traditional marinara sauce rather than anything else.
For dinner, my wife had the North Atlantic scallops, which were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I ordered the 18oz prime bone-in New York strip, and again, perfection. For a side, we tried the crab fried rice with mushrooms and scallions.
To top it all off, the live music from the lounge carried throughout the restaurant and created such an incredible dining atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of fine dining and lively energy.
Eddie V’s is truly in a league of its own—amazing food, attentive staff, and a dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommend!

The food is always top tier but the service was the absolute best! I went in for a quick bite with friends and Jamie at the Garden state mall location was our waitress! She was one of the best servers I have ever had in all my years of dining! Bravo Jamie you deserve 100 stars!!

I had such a great time here! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service from Megan and Justin was absolutely top-tier. The food was spectacular, the best ribeye steak I’ve ever had in my life! The portions were generous enough to share, and the wine was the icing on the cake. I was so full I didn’t get a chance to try dessert, but I’ll definitely be doing that next time I come back. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
