I had a great experience at Umai Ya Sushi. From the moment we walked in, Edy was very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The food was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The sashimi was amazing and you can really taste the quality. The mango habanero dish was absolutely to die for, such a perfect balance of flavor and heat. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service matched the quality of the food. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves fresh, high quality sushi.

We had the AYCE menu which had lots of options. Brittney was so friendly and provided great service! She had great recommendations, we enjoyed everything we ordered. The staff all worked great together making sure the food got out pretty quick even with the busy dinner time and cleared empty dishes.

Umai-Ya has become one of our go-to AYCE sushi restaurants! It’s reasonably priced for dinner ($35/pp) and the food comes out super quickly! They have a lot of variety with sides (some better in quality than others) I was not the biggest fan of the steamed shumai, as they did not have much filling. Regardless, we mainly went for the star of the show, the sushi.
One of my favorite things about Umai-Ya is that they serve sashimi. Sometimes it’s hard to finish sushi with AYCE, due to the large rice portions, and some places even surcharge for any unfinished rice, so it’s a nice bonus for the customers and less waste for the restaurant!
My boyfriend and I came here a few months ago and the sushi was phenomenal that time as well, we were just concerned about their tables having awkward spots for the leg room. Fast forward to our most recent visit, they had all brand new seating and tables, and they were 100% more comfortable and practical. This restaurant really cares to provide the best dining experience possible!
I highly recommend Umai-Ya as your next favorite AYCE restaurant. I am still so impressed by the excellent service and the quality of the sushi being so incredibly flavorful and fresh. 10/10

Well, here’s the thing I think it’s a beautiful spot great location, but they never even refilled my water yet. Never asked me for anything else when my stuff was brought out that wasabi ginger and the tray for the soy sauce was not delivered. I had to wait and find somebody to ask for it. I ordered the lunch special two rolls. One of them was the Philly roll and one of them was the tuna roll . When I got the rolls nothing came out. I have never not finished nor have I ever spit rolls back out onto my plate and I did the salmon and the tuna were both very chewy with tendons in it. Wrap of the seaweed was also very thick and not well prepared. Unfortunately the salad was good, but it came out half of it frozen so where it’s being kept is obviously a little bit too cold. The soup was great. Maybe some of their other food other than the rolls would be a good choice. This is a Thursday that I’m here so maybe it was the last of the stuff from the week. I don’t know, but I was very disappointed, especially since the Waitress could care less about helping

It’s one of the good all you can eat sushi places, I’ve been there 3 times. the only thing I can notice about services… sometimes it takes too long to see you server. The dessert is really good… don’t forget to try it❤️

I highly recommend dining here! The all you can eat menu here is the most extensive that I’ve come across in Colorado, and yet it’s still cheaper than the competition. The quality of everything was very high; Everything left my girlfriend and satisfied. She can’t eat fish, so we have to avoid must sushi places, but this restaurant has many non seafood items. There’s food for everyone! The owner is the best part of the establishment- he is friendly and cares about his customers. We will definitely be back 🙂

This is a absolute must-visit! I usually avoid all-you-can-eat spots because the quality is often lacking, but this place is on an entirely different level. We had the $25 lunch and it’s easily the best value I’ve found in years.
The “Yummy” sushi roll is straight fire, and the crab rangoon (wonton), fried rice, and teriyaki chicken and steak were all incredible. To top it off, they have a huge variety of amazing ice creams. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is fresh and high-quality. Don’t miss this one!

Just finished a late lunch here with a group of 10. Service was AMAZING. I never write reviews but I was very impressed with the food and the service. For an AYCE sushi place that offers sashimi, the price was unbeatable! Sushi was great quality and they are very generous with their portions. They were also very accommodating. We had kids with us and I made some requests for changes knowing that it was unlikely and was perfectly fine if they said no. But to my surprise, they said yes to all of my requests! Servers were amazing!! They never gave us grief for ordering too much. We were in the back room because of our party size and they checked on us frequently so we could order more. Food came out quick. I highly recommend this place, they are awesome!

My husband’s new fav AYCE sushi spot! No wait since we went at 4p on a weekday. This is the only place we’ve been to so far that offers AYCE sashimi too which makes the ayce dinner price well worth it! Between the 2 of us, we definitely got our money’s worth in sashimi alone. We will definitely be back!
