Spent an evening at this great roof top bar while having a drink. The view of downtown Cincinnati was amazing. They have a band playing on most of evenings and loved the live music they had. The music goes till about 8.30 in the night. This place is popular amongst the locals in Cincinnati and there’s always a sizable crowd. Highly recommend this place to spend.

The view is amazing. The ambiance in the evening is quite enjoyable and the drinks are done very well. While we went during cinco de mayo and they had an absurd cover charge to enter on a Sunday to enter to spend more money, it was a pleasant experience when the manager override the door man to let us enter and spend our money to enjoy drinks and the ambiance. Kudos to the female manager for making our experience quite enjoyable.

First time visit. I arrived at 5pm when it opened. Chose a seat overlooking the city the weather was perfect. Our server was attentive. The food was tasty. I will definitely go back. There was music playing. It was a fun and festive experience.

Nestled in a picturesque setting with breathtaking panoramas, the establishment offers a sanctuary of comfort with its plush furnishings and a wait staff that caters with both warmth and keen insight. Though the experience is occasionally disrupted by the presence of tiny insects, their impact is relatively minor compared to the venue’s many charms. It’s a small reminder that no place is entirely perfect, but this one comes close.

Hip and happening place to be. Great food. Fabulous service. We loved the cosmos made with juice, fresh. Handicap accessible ramp to left after you get off the elevator. Easy access for all. Must go at sunset. You can’t beat the view. Courteous service, our order got lost and they comped us a drink. It was so thoughtful. We will be back. The sliders were really good.

What a view! This place had it all…the food was delicious (I had the Chicken Sliders and my friend a Flat Bread Pizza and there were no complaints from either of us!) We imbibed in some pretty unique adult beverages and the service was outstanding. Did I mention the view?! Breathtaking!

Great view and atmosphere. The food was very good and the drinks were made perfectly, unfortunately the Lava cake was not molten and it tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. For the price, I was expecting better on that.

This place was pretty great. The view was amazing and was the perfect spot for a first time city visitor. A small sangria and a can of IPA was nearly $20, so it’s definitely a one drink kind of place. We also had to wait to go up due to the capacity limits but fortunately it had just rained so not for long. I would go back, but if I were a local on a budget, it probably wouldn’t be my spot at all.

We had our family reunion in Cincinnati over the weekend a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at The Phelps. It’s a great spot being right across the river from Newport and within walking distance of Great America Ballpark. We reserved the first level of Top of the Park for a family dinner, at night it is a beautiful sight as you can see. When it’s open for everyone it’s great as well. It’s something you should experience when you’re visiting Cincinnati. You sing have to stay at the hotel to go to the bar either, check out our whenever you can.

Top of the Phelps is a Circuitdelic Laboratory neighbor. The best kind too. Love it here. Always feel welcome. Thanks to my brother tending bar and for noticing the Lab was in the building. Cheers.
