Came from Portland for the Newport Half Marathon this weekend and was pleasantly surprised when I thought I was just going to find coffee here but ended up finding an extensive vegan menu! We came after the race and again for breakfast the following day. Definitely coming back here every time that we come to Newport. Unfortunate that this didn’t come up on Google or happy cow when looking for nearby vegan options, so lucky that I found it anyways! Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the ocean through the window.

We visit UL every summer when visiting South Beach, OR. It’s our fave coffee shop in Newport! They cover the whole family pallet from alcohol to fresh brewed espresso to protein smoothies to delicious lunch items. All of their bowls are filling and healthy; the curry tuna wrap is fantastic. You really can’t go wrong. Not to mention, the variety of delicious GF bakery items is unmatched! Our daughter that must eat GF loves the coffee cake most of all, but they also have GF banana and pumpkin frosted muffins daily along with GF donuts. The Nye Location is our favorite due to the beach view and cafe along with the amazing Archway market attached. (You can find every souvenir in the market along with great options for wine and snacks on the beach. Forgot a hat or sweatshirt? They have a variety of awesome quality options.)

This cafe is a local favorite. Great coffee, the location is incredible, and this scone! The white chocolate raspberry scone was one of the best scones I’ve tasted. Scones are often a bit dry and crumbly. Not here. Highly recommend

We grew up half the year in this area and we now visit yearly as adults with our family. This place has become a must to start every morning on our trips. Tasty, pretty good, big portions, stylish drinks that are mixed well. Owner and staff are wonderful people and the atmosphere is a rare gem.

Had a gluten-free bagel that was really good. They have outdoor seating so we were able to eat lunch with the dogs in a buggy. Close to the beach so an easy snack. Their espresso is really good too.

This is an incredible “Brooklyn feeling” cafe. We were so impressed. Found this place on our Christmas road trip to California. Don’t go to other clam chowder restaurants in Newport, come here instead. They have a good sense of beauty. Also, food is so great. Italian breakfast bagel has great value. Hipster bagel also very good. Their latte is very good too. Also thank you for opening in Christmas. A quick marketing feedback: your food is so great. Take some pictures and put them on your menu. It will flow better. Customers take a long time to figure out what is what (long menu reading time).

What a great little shop with a great selection that includes both healthy treats and plain old sweet treats. Coffee and baked goods are delightful, the staff is professional and friendly. We really enjoyed stopping in on a rainy day at the beach.
