What a hidden gem I loved my chai tea. They had coconut milk, lovely seating, a fireplace, and my heart. Can’t wait to go back! I had coffee at their other location and really enjoyed it as well. Good job y’all!

Stopped in to Tyee on a number of occasions while working nearby. The sandwiches are great, probably the best thing here. Takes about 15-20 mins to get anything. Fair warning to you, the water comes out at the same temperature as surface of the sun, so sip carefully.

We met here to discuss business with a construction contractor and had a coffee and treat. This being our first time here, we were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere, friendly staff, and what we ate and drank.
