I finally got a chance to try this place out and they have a few vegan options. I called in my order and got the fried chickpea pocket and seasoned fries and it came to about $13. When I arrived I was able to find parking on the street. They are strict with letting too many people in the restaurant to maintain social distancing. The lady that gave me my food name was Patrice and she was super nice and gave me some good information. When I got home I dug in and I enjoyed the fries but the pocket was just ok, not the greatest. I wasn’t liking the taste of the falafel too much. All in all with the service and food I had a pretty decent experience.

The atmosphere is wonderful and food, omg the food! The chickpea curry is sweet and the fried chicken, I swear is brought down from the heavens. Fried perfectly and so crispy and juicy. Open mic night there is amazing. BYOB makes it a great spot too!

I have ordered from this places many many times and they never go wrong! I personally LOVE the Southern Classic and my fiance loves their tofu bites. Everything on their menu is FANTASTIC! (We like to get one of their Trinidadian Sorrel’s and split it into two glasses and add in some cabernet – so good!) They also were super nice accommodating my soy allergy.

This was a great experience. The owner was a delight. I was heading to Florham Park and on the way we stopped here for a late lunch. The owner was friendly and present and talked us through her menu items. I ordered the fish special with cornbread and vegan collard greens. The cornbread was fantastic and moist. For my order I got a considerate amount of fish. It was flavored well, maybe a hint of salt to bring more of those flavors out. I also tried the signature coconut curry chic peas and it was very good. I highly recommend this spot for the food and even more for the great service.

Their food is amazing but they’re not consistent with their service. I order from DoorDash, I have to wait at least an hr and after waiting for that hr or more my order gets canceled. Everytime I call to place an order to pick up they never answer their phone, it doesn’t even ring. It going straight to voicemail. I love their food but the inconsistency is a huge let down. It sucks because I really like their food. Your best bet is the drive there to see if they’re open. Because it seem like there is no other way to reach them, unfortunately.

My kids and I took my mom here for her birthday. My kids were skeptical at first, but were delightfully surprised and have since recommended this restaurant to friends. Food was fresh and very good. Atmosphere was nice, as we’re our waitress and Paulette and her husband; the chefs. Definitely going back. BYOB!

My diet is predominately vegan with occasional seafood/ fish if wild caught based. They not vegan however when I saw their sweet potato vegan option on the menu I felt inquired to try it. It DID NOT disappoint. I only wish that I lived closer by so that I could frequent them more!!!

Don’t think just go! Landed on this spot after Googling food in the area ( all of recent reviews people left were great). Everything from the phone call to pickup to where it ended in my mouth was perfect. The customer service was incredible, the lovely woman who took care of me was nothing but warm and inviting. It smelled AMAZING as soon as I walked in and I knew I made the right choice. Food was BOMB DIGGITY- got the classy greens entree which was mwuah (kisses fingers), the collards greens (flavor and consistency ON POINT like someone’s grandma made em), my man got the Fried fish sandwich (bang for ur buck!) and a few other things ;we could taste the love in EVERY dish. No complaints, all delicious (so good I’m gonna take a nap after this because I couldn’t stop eating!) 10/5
