I been hearing a lot about twin trees so I wanted to try it for myself. It was okay not the best pizza I had in Syracuse. The calzone needs ricotta cheese. For us the best thing were the garlic knots. They was big and delicious. I would go back just for that alone lol.

Long time TT fan, I live out of town now, my first stop from the airport when I visit my folks is usually this location for a pie. I pre ordered 48 wings on the Friday before the big game, for 6pm pickup, knowing full well it’s a busy day I didn’t want to risk running out or having to wait when calling in day of. Needless to say, I’m in town for 24 hours to visit my parents and wasted 1 of those hours driving to, watching several other customers come and go with orders, waiting for 30 minutes, and driving back to my rents place, wingless. This was a real drag on the day when I tried to bring our favorite wings home for the super bowl. You must have some real dysfunctional stuff happening if you cant manage a 2 day lead time and get the order out somewhat on time. Not to mention, it dont take 30 to fire wings, get the guy that called 2 days ago out of the lobby. I feel super disrespected as a long time customer, this one stings. Just do better,

I do not like posting a review but after last night I feel I must This camillus location has until the last months have been fine but what has been happening is awful I spend on average about 100$ on take out a week but based on what has been happening I am sad to say I will not be ordering any longer
When you forget an order and after a phone call say oh sorry will be right to your house with reheated steak n cheese sand with burnt cheese roll so soggy you could not pick up sand sausage sub cold and ff’s so hard you could not eat!
My family has been ordering food from your(owners) restaurant since you opened so I suggest go back and see the amount spent by us!
And my Family has owned restaurants so if I receive a very bad review I would not let the concerns go unanswered!

Literally ordered our 3 large pizzas at 6 pm …said 8:30 delivery ….8:45 call there and they say orders on the way. From here till 9:30 were hung up on 3x were told it’s delivered and even in the parking lot then on final call they tell me the chef never took our order! After we paid over the phone and I asked how is it the chefs fault who took the order? Would not give a name. Didn’t want to take the time to make it right but had no problem taking the time to ruin our new years eve night for our 4 kids. I really can’t stand Twin trees. Customers service there was none and then didn’t even ask for information to fix and solve problem with manager. Do Better!

Abysmal service. Abysmal food. 2 of 3 sandwiches were incorrect. Bun was wet somehow on one of them. Chicken burnt to a crisp on another. Pizza was fine, just fine.
Waited 10 minutes before someone popped out of the back to help me. I was just picking up my food. Saw my food sitting there in the back, looking all sad. Also saw people vaping in the back instead of working.
Don’t do it.

We order from twin trees all the time and tonight will be the last. Delivery driver gave us the wrong food, took all the food back and said he’d go get our order. We already waited an hour and were told to wait another half hour for the correct order. Delivery driver took the order back and I’m assuming he delivered it to the correct address but it had already been in our apartment. Really poor and rude delivery service if one of the owners isn’t delivering.

The quality at this location has been getting worse and worse, the center of my pizzas have been uncooked several times, missing toppings, a large (16in) being closer to 13in. They shrunk the sub sizes and charge the same price for them and since when does a pizza shop not have fries with hot subs or chicken tenders. Clearly they don’t care about their customers since this is how they reach out on FB.

We ordered (35 min wait) and when my husband got there they said they didn’t have our order. Made him wait another 25 minutes even though I looked up the call and it clearly was in my recent calls. When my husband finally brought it home it was the wrong order. lol. We ate it anyway. Good food just not happy with the service.

My husband and I ordered dinner from here last evening. It came to almost $40 for a small pizza with vegetables on it (peppers, mushrooms, onions and olives) and an order of fried pickles. The pizza was burnt and the pickles did not come with ranch (they were supposed to). These same things have happened here before when we ordered food. Also, if you want to pay for online ordering, the website forces you to tip in order to place the order. What are we tipping you for? We will not be visiting here again.

This is a very unprofessional place. It’s run like a bunch of amateurs. There is no responsibility or leadership in tyes establishment. I am very disappointed with my multiple interactions with this establishment. Many times when I enter to order something.They make me wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just to make an order. And then another 45 minute wait for my food. The most high-end restaurants in Syracuse.Do not take 45 minutes to get you food. I own multiple businesses. And this is very sad to see an establishment run by a Bunch of amateurs. People who don’t care about their customers Or establishment. Why should a Pizza place take 5 minutes to make an order and another 10 minutes just to put in the order?
