Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and they gave me a hard taco that is broken. Had like chicken in it instead of what a cheesy Gordita crunch is even supposed to be. Soggy as hell also.. When I called they wanted me to come back to the store even for a refund. Their excuse is training. Said they can’t do anything unless I go back to the store. I go here a couple times a month as it’s pretty close to where I live. More often than not, they forget something or mess up part of my order. I usually request that it gets fixed and when they do I go on my way.
Today I got a grilled cheese burrito which is normally grilled on both sides and has melted cheese on the outside. Today the burrito i got was wrapped in a tortilla cold to the touch with no cheese, and I didn’t realize till I got home. I went back and requested it get fixed as this burrito is almost $6.
They fixed it and I respectfully said every time I come to this store something is messed up. Another employee on break called out to me and said people make mistakes. I told him I get it but it’s nearly every single time and that it’s simple attention to detail. He said that when you make modifications to an order that mistakes happen. I didn’t even make any modifications they just didn’t make it correctly. He then said there’s plenty of other Taco Bell’s I can go to if they always make mistakes.
I understand people make mistakes in fast paced environments but it’s no solution to tell me to go somewhere else. We called back later and requested the corporate number and the employee that answered gave us a fake local number and said that corporate is closed till Monday. (This happened Friday at 1:30pm).

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a Taco Bell so we did take a minute to look at the menu but all in all were fairly quick about ordering. Asked for the luxe box and asked for no chicken on the chalupa. They looked at me like I was dumb and I explained to them I just didn’t want chicken (it’s too fatty for my taste) but everything else was fine. Guy came to the window and started yelling at us we were holding up the line because they had the other two cars orders behind me ready already and we were taking too long and we needed to come inside. I tried to explain as we just went grocery shopping I didn’t want to leave food in the car to come inside and he yelled fine just pull around. They immediately brought our food out as soon as I parked (some holdup) and the chalupa had only cheese and only a pinch of it at that. The chalupa shell was burnt and tasted like it was fried in burnt oil. Nachos were also burnt and tasted like they came out of burnt oil. The taco I asked for to be soft was ridiculously greasy and was stuck to the paper so when I tried to open the taco it tore apart. The manager as he was handing us our food said he got called out of the office just to deal with us and we were again holding up the drive thru. He gave us coupons for 2 free tacos but I’m going to be honest I’m never going back to that location because I’d like my food to taste like it’s not burnt.

In recent years I’ve just noticed and it might be all Taco bells, not just this location. Crunchwraps are not being made with meat even when requested for extra, tacos are lacking meat as well. I should not order a taco pack and basically get a salad.
Other than that, this place is good customer service and representation, atmosphere is just like any other fast food atmosphere that you find in our state

I was the first person to enter this store when it opened, and won free Taco Bell for a year. (This was probably bad for my health in the long run but enjoyable in the short run). I have been to this Taco Bell more than most people go to Taco Bell in their life. I am qualified to speak on the management here.
The absolute borderline abuse that the management put staff through was genuinely insane to watch over the course of a year. I unfortunately cannot remember anyone’s names, but there was one girl specifically who would be there all alone LATE at night. Massively unsafe. Someone was also shot at the Maverick across the way onetime i was here. Overall not safe to have just one girl working register.
Employee turn over was insane too, felt like each week i was here someone would quit.
Also there was another girl, i think like a middle manager, who was a homie and knew me, if you read this I hope you quit and find a better job.

Literally just went to this location around 9 pm, ordered the new Chalupa tacos with steak and got home to eat it, they put literally 4 pieces of steak in each of my tacos. It was all bread and sauce. Very disappointed!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Essentially. I bought 2 9$ luxe boxes the only thing hot was 2 card tacos and wasn’t made supreme like requested. One Crunchwrap seemed to be mostly lettuce and fresher the tortilla was crunchy. The second Crunchwrap was cold and the fried tortilla in the middle was soggy and mushy. Almost like it was made 20 minutes ago eating for someone to purchase and eat it and they didn’t have to make a new one.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line without my order being taken, went inside to order instead since the line behind me in the drive thru was growing.
Waited another 10 minutes before my order was taken.
Only 3 employees working in the back, one of which was on their phone, only one person was making food and not moving quickly at all.
Employee on their phone kept talking to the one employee making food and distracting her.
Didn’t get my food for another 15 minutes. They didn’t even follow the fact I asked for no tomatoes and less beans.
Not fast. Not accurate. Atrocious.
