This company has recently filed for bankruptcies for their locations and perhaps some of the observations from tonight explain why that’s happening.
I ordered the biggest best steak and most expensive on tray on the menu tonight , which was a new york strip at fourteen ounces for twenty six dollars and nine cents.
The sides are selected were upgrades of macaroni cheese , which , as you can see from the picture , was not completely filled but had great flavor.
The salad I asked to have delivered to the table before the stake arrived. It came actually after steak was put down on the table.
The explanation was , was it got runny on all at the same time and that the kitchen has no way of understanding timing of food because they schedule it all the way that the plate normally comes.
The last picture is of the fourteen ounces , the portion of the steak that was unedible , uncuttable for unchewable. My best guess. Is it represents about a quarter to a third of the entire state?Had that much whistle that was unchewable.
The flavor of the steak was very nice.It came at temperature to the table at one twenty seven point five degrees , which was highly acceptable.
Drinks did not flow conveniently while bringing coca cola at the table and had to wait and ask for refill.
They did not have any appropriate steak sauces.Even though they’re restaurant serves two different kinds of steaks on site.
As a whole, it’s a beautiful restaurant underperforming. In terms of food and service though.
Longhorn, just up the street does a much better job.Not only with steaks , but with all the other things that go along with that.
Hope this helps someone understand a little bit about the dining experience here at twin peaks.
On the positive side, the service was excellent—the waitresses were attentive and beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was exactly as expected. However, the food quality was unacceptable.
While the dishes initially looked appetizing, there were immediate issues with value. The portion of Coleslaw for $4.46 was ridiculously small, barely the size of a woman’s palm—way overpriced for what you get.
The main issue, however, was the safety and quality of the main course. I certainly don’t believe the chefs intended to undercook the wings, but one of the pieces I checked was completely raw inside. This is not only off-putting but a serious health hazard. I didn’t check all 18 wings in the order, but finding just one raw piece was enough for me to refuse to eat the rest.
It’s a shame that a failure in the kitchen completely overshadowed the great service and ambiance.
We got the Smokestack Burger & the Avocado Bruger, both were delicious! Topped it off with the Twin Peaks Sunday on a Sunday. Great way to end the week!
